Hello, I am seeking assistance with my onboarding process. Shikha had informed me that today she would provide the onboarding details. I have emailed her but haven't received a response, and when I tried calling, she did not answer. My initial onboarding was scheduled for November 30th. After submitting the required documents that day, I was asked to update my educational documents in the welcome wizard list by the onboarding team at 6:30 pm. Upon doing so, I didn't receive any further communication that day. However, on December 2nd, Shikha asked me to onboard again. I re-uploaded the documents; however, I have yet to receive the onboarding link after following up. Shikha mentioned my onboarding is now rescheduled for December 16th.
