I recently interviewed with Capgemini for the Talend Developer role on April 10, [redacted]. I received confirmation on April 12, [redacted], from the HR team that I passed the interviews and was shortlisted for the position.
After that, I received an email on April 16, [redacted], from [redacted] requesting necessary documents for the offer letter processing. I promptly sent the documents by April 20, [redacted], to the provided email address.
However, there has been no communication or update on the progress, and I am still awaiting the offer letter. Despite my attempts, I have been unable to reach Gracy Mary at the provided contact number for clarification.
I would appreciate any guidance on the next steps and an estimated timeline for when I can expect to receive the offer letter.

I would like to inquire about the education gap. I completed my graduation in [redacted] and will be onboarding at Capgemini in [redacted]. I need clarification regarding whether there is an education gap if someone repeats a class to improve their percentage, such as repeating XII to increase marks. I have provided my academic history for reference:

Hello,
I am seeking assistance with my onboarding process. Shikha had informed me that today she would provide the onboarding details. I have emailed her but haven't received a response, and when I tried calling, she did not answer. My initial onboarding was scheduled for November 30th. After submitting the required documents that day, I was asked to update my educational documents in the welcome wizard list by the onboarding team at 6:30 pm. Upon doing so, I didn't receive any further communication that day. However, on December 2nd, Shikha asked me to onboard again. I re-uploaded the documents; however, I have yet to receive the onboarding link after following up. Shikha mentioned my onboarding is now rescheduled for December 16th. I am puzzled by the delay as I submitted the documents promptly on December 2nd. Please assist in processing my onboarding promptly. Thank you.

Hello everyone,
I am Apurwa Pareek. I started at Capgemini on December 6, [redacted], with employee ID [redacted]. Unfortunately, I had to leave due to medical reasons and notified them via email.
Upon reviewing my 26AS form and EPFO, I noticed that Capgemini reported paying my salary for two months into my account, but I did not receive any payments from them. I officially left on December 23, yet the EPFO portal shows my exit date as January 31, [redacted].
This incorrect data is causing confusion as I prepare to start a new job. I urgently need assistance as my new employment is at risk.
