I have been a loyal Campbell's soup customer for decades since my childhood. Recently, I purchased a [redacted] mL tin of chicken gumbo soup on sale at IGA for $1.99. However, after trying it for the first time, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of substance. Despite following the instructions and adding water, the result was a thin broth with minimal rice and red bits, no chicken, and no flavor. I regret not checking the ingredients list before purchasing as chicken was the 8th item listed, and it seems there was hardly any in the soup. I find it unacceptable to serve this soup to anyone and will no longer be buying Campbell's soups.

As a Two Hawk employee, we often feel unheard when working alongside Campbell Soup employees. Specifically, on the third shift, the management team consisting of Supervisor Joe Ray, Veg Prep, Canaan, Keith, and Chris can be dismissive towards certain demographic groups, especially women of color over the age of 35. There have been concerns raised about potential exploitation and unequal treatment in terms of attractiveness. It is worrisome that individuals in positions of power may be misusing their authority. There have been allegations of inappropriate conduct towards young black women. This situation calls for a thorough investigation into possible human trafficking issues on the third shift. Additionally, it's disheartening to see dedicated older employees being unfairly dismissed despite their hard work and contributions to the company.

Hello! I reside in Brunswick, Maine, and frequently shop at the Brunswick Walmart. Lately, I've noticed that all the Campbell's soup cans in the soup aisle are still in their boxes, which makes it difficult to see the different flavors and choose the ones I want. This approach to displaying your product is not very customer-friendly and takes extra effort on my part to find the soup I prefer. I have been stocking up on 6-8 cans each time for my family for the upcoming winter season. I believe Walmart's merchandising of Campbell's soup could be improved to showcase your product more effectively. I have a photo available if needed to illustrate the issue. Thank you for considering my feedback.

Long dark hair has never been listed as an ingredient in anything I have ever come across. It's rather off-putting to unexpectedly find it in your soup. I hope the company takes this seriously and addresses the issue promptly. Offering compensation like a check, coupons, and a t-shirt is a good start, but it would be beneficial if they also focused on preventing such incidents in the future by implementing measures like hairnets and training for their employees. Looking forward to hearing about the actions they will take to ensure food quality and safety.

I had Healthy Request Chunky Roasted Chicken with Country Vegetables soup on Friday night and later experienced a headache and chills. I felt better on Saturday morning and reheated the remaining soup for lunch. When I found a large dark brown spot on the last piece of potato, I got another headache later on. I wonder if this spot on the potato chunk caused contamination in the soup leading to the headaches. I took a photo of the spot with my cell phone and kept the piece wrapped in the fridge.
