I missed adding the African Safari Wall calendar to my previous order because of a browser issue that was resolved with the help of your chat support. Unfortunately, this led to the calendar not being included in Order #[redacted], which would have qualified me for an additional 30% off. Can you please rectify this by adding the calendar to my order? Thank you for your assistance. I have been on hold for over 2 hours now.

I placed an order for the Just Black Labs Wall Calendar (Order #[redacted]75) in early December and opted for US Standard Shipping (5-7 business days). My calendar has not shown up yet, and I couldn't track it as I misplaced the order number. However, the charge is on my credit card statement, indicating it should have been shipped. I kindly request to track the calendar and have it replaced if it's lost. I have been a loyal customer for many years, and this is the first issue I've encountered. Thank you.

I placed an order for 5 calendars on June 9, [redacted], with Order No. [redacted]. Two calendars arrived around August, but I have yet to receive the remaining 3. Upon checking the order status, it shows as complete. I attempted to contact customer service by phone 6 times, waiting between 20 and 40 minutes each time, but only heard a recorded message emphasizing the importance of my call without speaking to a representative. I am uncertain if the rest of my order will be delivered or if it has been cancelled. Thank you.

I never received my order #[redacted]. Last Friday, I received an empty cardboard envelope from your company. I have attempted to contact customer service numerous times, but I end up on hold for over 20 minutes each time before giving up. I also submitted an explanation through the website and was told to expect a response within 24 to 48 hours, but it has been 4 days with no reply. I have been a loyal customer and never encountered issues until now. Despite the busy season, the poor customer service is disappointing. I am out $55 and several gifts. I would appreciate a resolution to this matter. Thank you.

I attempted unsuccessfully last Thursday and Friday to order six (6) full-sized wall calendars during the 70% discount promotion. Each time I inputted my credit card information to complete the purchase, I received an "ERROR" message. I tried multiple times over both days with the same outcome. Even a chat session did not resolve the issue as the chat was abruptly ended before my order problem was addressed. As a long-time customer who has consistently bought calendars from Calendars.com for about 20 years, I hope they can still honor the 70% off offer for me. It was not my fault that I could not finalize the purchase before the discount expired. I anticipate a prompt and positive response to my request. Thank you. Best regards, Joel P.
