I submitted my SAR 7 form on August 1st, and received an email stating that my report was reviewed and looked good. However, on August 5th, I received a letter stating that my CalFresh benefits would be stopped due to questions #9 and #10 on the SAR 7 form being incorrect. I corrected the answers as requested and provided a detailed explanation for my initial responses. Despite this, I continue to receive letters stating my SAR 7 is incomplete and my benefits are being cut off. I have been attempting to contact the Colton office but have been unable to reach them due to a high volume of calls. The website has also been uncooperative, and I have had trouble leaving a call-back message. I am in need of assistance. Thank you, Lori A.
