Last Thursday, the dumpster I ordered was full and needed to be picked up, emptied, and returned. Despite it being scheduled for Thursday and paid for on Tuesday, I've been waiting for days. The foul odor has been lingering for four days, attracting bugs like cockroaches and water bugs. They're accumulating around the dumpster at night, causing a nuisance. This delay has halted all house projects and inconvenienced everyone residing here. We were promised it would be emptied today, only to be told the same for the past days, leading to frustration. The situation is unbearable and needs to be resolved immediately.

CR&R has failed to collect my recyclable trash this week. Despite contacting them multiple times, they have not resolved the issue as promised. This isn't the first time this has happened; three weeks ago, there was a similar issue with the regular trash pickup. I always make timely payments and would rather have them collect the trash as scheduled than receive a credit or refund.
