I believe there is a matter that needs to be addressed regarding Intellipdf.com. There seems to be an issue with cybercriminal activities involving Ruslan A. and his wife, who live below my apartment. They have reportedly been hacking into my devices and misusing my laptop and Verizon cellular plan for their business, making themselves system administrators of my laptop. I kindly request that Allahverdi of Intellipdf.com provide a legitimate Santa Monica, CA business license and a valid Tax ID as their business was initially registered in Las Vegas in [redacted] under fake names and then defaulted in [redacted]. Despite claiming to have 60+ employees, Allahverdi does not possess a business license in Santa Monica. Concerns are raised over whether he has a Tax ID and if he is fulfilling payroll tax responsibilities for the employees he alleges to have. I urge action to be taken by reporting this individual to the FBI, FTC, California Franchise Tax Board, or the CA Attorney General's Office.

After discovering Driverfix on CNET.com, a reliable source for software reviews, I decided to purchase it for $21.72 for a year's access. Unfortunately, the software did not live up to my expectations as it failed to automatically update all outdated drivers. Despite identifying most drivers that needed updating, the process was complicated, leaving 13 drivers unresolved. I even encountered errors when trying to install some drivers, which resulted in repeated attempts to update the same driver. I reached out to the company at [redacted] to express my disappointment and request a refund under the 60-day guarantee. I received a generic email acknowledging my request, mentioning a delay due to a typhoon in the Philippines, and assuring me of a prompt response. Concerned about the software's efficacy on my computer, I have uninstalled it and am awaiting the refund while seeking alternative solutions.

Despite detecting most outdated drivers, the process was complicated, leaving me with 13 unresolved drivers. The software prompted me to manually install some of the drivers, raising questions about its necessity. Furthermore, I encountered errors with driver installations, leading to repetitive attempts.
