Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this message finds you well. I am Nikmal Sargand, the CEO of Golden Wall Construction Company (GWCC) from Afghanistan. From [redacted] to [redacted], I had the privilege of working with the US Army as a prime contractor on over 10 contracts totaling approximately 4 million USD. I have attached a past performance letter that validates my dedication and contribution during that time of hardship and peril alongside the US forces.
As the US withdraws from Afghanistan, the situation has become precarious for me and my team who bravely served alongside the US Army. They now seek my help, urging me to assist them. I kindly implore you to support us by providing recommendation letters for myself and my team for special immigrant visas (SIV). Unfortunately, I am unable to locate the Key Officials (KOs) and Contracting Officer's Representatives (CORs) from that period as the contact information is outdated. Please don't abandon us, honor the commitment of “No One Left Behind”.
