I intended to purchase the Supersonic SC-[redacted] - Wi-Fi - 8 GB - 13.3" for my father to aid his eyesight. However, Buydig also included the Galaxy Tab S2 9.7-inch SM-T813NZDEXAR 32GB Wi-Fi Tablet (Gold), which is unsuitable due to its small screen size. I am frustrated that I cannot cancel this unwanted item and expect a prompt resolution. I am disappointed with the service and will contact my credit card company if the issue is not resolved. I have removed my CC information and do not see any charges on my account. I hope for a technician to rectify this mistake. Moving forward, I will consider shopping on eBay or Amazon.
