I have a 10-year-old Revolution Boiler RV5 with a circulator connected to the back of the boiler. The circulator's speed varies depending on if the boiler requires heat. I am unsure if the speed of the Taco [redacted] circulator is controlled by the Circulator Control VS3000 and the sensor, or if it's all part of one unit. The current control board does not have any lights, regardless of the heat call status. Although the rear circulator is new and functioning, it does not ramp up as it should when heat is needed. This results in sluggish hot water flow, as only the two zone circulators are operating at full capacity.

Hello, I'm Mrs. Manj from New Jersey. I'm facing a problem with my Burnham boiler installed 12 years ago through Region Energy in Dover. It's leaking, and two different heating and cooling companies confirmed there's a crack in the cast iron boiler. I'm confused about how this could happen. I recently lost my husband to colon cancer, work part-time due to health issues, and struggling financially with a salary of about $20,[redacted] per year. I can't afford a new boiler and even Christmas presents for my daughter. I'm reaching out for help as a last resort. The model number is Pv8 3 st tkwfw, serial number [redacted]7, installed on 12/1/[redacted], with a 10-year warranty. I urgently need heat and hot water during winter. Any assistance to resolve this serious issue would be deeply appreciated. Thank you, and may god bless you. You can reach me at my home telephone [redacted].

I am experiencing a recurring issue with my three-year-old Burnham K-2 gas boiler. I keep getting a soft lockout (code 11) that sometimes takes half a day or more to clear. This problem is affecting my hot water supply and may impact heating when winter arrives. By the time my contractor comes, the lockout is resolved. The contractor mentioned that he can't diagnose the problem if the boiler isn't in lockout upon arrival. I provided him with the error code. I am unsure if his approach is correct and I'm hesitant to pay for a service call only to find out he can only assist if the boiler is in lockout at that moment. Dealing with these issues on such a young boiler is very frustrating. Any advice is appreciated.
