I recently received a vanity top (Order #[redacted] - Walmart Order #[redacted]) that was delivered last Friday in a very dirty condition. The box and vanity top had several chips on them which I discovered after cleaning them yesterday. I have tried to initiate a return on your website multiple times, but keep getting an error message. I am contacting you in good faith as I am dealing with terminal cancer and just want to make my bathroom usable again. I would like to return the chipped vanity top and appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you for your help.
