Since Budweiser restructured their Southern California sales team this year, my business has been experiencing challenges with placing and receiving orders. Despite contacting customer service numerous times over the past two months, the representative assigned to us due to our salesperson's absence has not been able to provide a clear explanation for the delivery delays. We operate a convenience store and fuel dock in Long Beach, CA, selling Budweiser and Coors products for over 40 years. We have always settled our bills promptly and are eager to restock for the summer season, yet we have not received our orders for over two months. Please contact us via phone at [redacted] or by email. Thank you. Seth K. Operations Manager SHoreline Marine Fuels [redacted] E Shoreline Drive Long Beach, CA [redacted].

I reside in Fredonia, Kansas. The delivery person for Budweiser 30-packs is Dylan Voorhees. I have been a loyal customer at Pump and Pete's for 27 years, consistently purchasing Budweiser, even when they stocked 24-packs. Previously known as Hall's and 7/11, the store is now called Pump and Pete's, and there is another branch, Pete's #47, previously Bacanis. Unfortunately, Dylan Voorhees did not deliver Budweiser last Friday, forcing me to travel 42 minutes to buy it elsewhere. This situation has never occurred before, and the managers were unaware of the issue. As a Budweiser enthusiast, I solely consume their products and require this matter to be resolved promptly. I seek assistance in addressing this problem with Dylan Voorhees. Thank you.

As a United States Army veteran residing in northern Illinois since September [redacted], I have been feeling the need to give back and support causes like Folds of Honor. I lost a dear friend in May of [redacted] while stationed in Fort Carson, Colorado, and I am motivated to assist his family and others who have endured similar losses. I am eager to raise awareness about Folds of Honor and contribute to their mission. Your dedication to supporting those who have made sacrifices for our nation is greatly appreciated. Thank you for all your efforts in honoring these brave men and women.

Hello,
I ordered a Joe Carter Home Run Glass a week ago with order number [redacted]. After placing the order, I received an email stating that the order was refunded, though there are no issues with my credit card. Customer service mentioned a system glitch and advised to email the refund email. They assured me the order was still on its way. I called today after a week to inquire about the order, only to be told that it was refunded and not en route, suggesting to reorder. I then placed a new order with number [redacted]. There was an issue with the system not accepting my unit number. Tony promised to follow up within an hour, yet shortly after, I received another email stating my order was refunded again. I am confused and frustrated as no one can confirm stock availability. These items are highlighted on the Canadian website, and this was meant to be a gift. I hope to get clarity soon.

Where are the sponsors in all of this NFL situation? Staying silent and passive implies agreement with the players. For those who cherish this country and honor the Red, White, and Blue, the sacrifices made by the military are significant. Ignoring this is disrespectful. Taking a stand, even if it means facing backlash on social media platforms like Twitter, would demonstrate courage. Imagine the impact if a sponsor had the bravery to withdraw support from the NFL. The increase in sales would likely be tremendous, and others might follow suit. Representing the patriotic colors of the country shouldn't be taken lightly. It's time for sponsors to step up and show some backbone. Embrace the red, white, and blue in your branding as America's beer. It's time for action, not silence.

I am a food vendor in Philadelphia. On July 29th, I participated in a competition for a spot to vend food at Budweiser Made in America [redacted]. Spectrum provided contracts to vendors, taking a 25% commission on all sales except for homemade drinks. We were also required to pay $[redacted] to sell water and prepackaged drinks. Vendors faced a penalty if they had to stop operating for any reason. However, on the event day, McDonald's unexpectedly set up a pop-up restaurant in the prime location, overshadowing us food trucks. This unfair advantage hurt small businesses like mine, causing significant financial losses. The event was misrepresented, disadvantaging us and showing no consideration for small businesses. We were misled, believing Budweiser was still associated with the event, only to find out they had pulled out earlier. This manipulation resulted in substantial financial losses for all the food vendors, impacting us greatly.

I am challenging Budweiser beer. When accidents happen, I will refer to it as Bud wiser, making connections some may find uncomfortable. I am against taxpayers' money going to new stadiums and will advocate for that cause. I am determined to bring about change. While I may express strong opinions, I do not condone violence. My positive outlook drives me forward. I am energized to make a difference in my own way. I remain optimistic about the future.

I have been a frequent consumer of your beer for a long time. Unfortunately, I have recently encountered several undrinkable beers at two local bars, and even at home. This recurring problem has become frustrating. It seems that your quality control measures are not effective, and as a loyal customer, I am bringing this to your attention as a courtesy.
The most recent incident was particularly disappointing. I hope you can address this issue promptly. The numbers on the label are as follows:

I am disappointed and considering taking my business elsewhere unless this issue is resolved. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am a loyal Budweiser customer, and recently, I've had three bottle tops break in the last 8 months. Today, on Oct. 20, [redacted], at 6:33 pm, after opening a bottle, I found glass particles in my mouth and on the bottle's mouth. I rinsed my mouth to remove any potential glass and noticed visible shards in the sink. Concerned for my health, I hope I did not ingest any glass. I expect a quality product when paying and am disappointed to face this risk. The code on the 28 pack is [redacted]. I urge you to address this matter promptly. Others may be at risk as well if this problem persists. Thank you. - W. Grekul

I recently bought a 12 pack of your Copper Lager in 12 oz glass bottles. While I was transferring them to the fridge, the third bottle I touched exploded loudly. I got a small cut on my finger from the glass. After carefully examining the shards, I noticed some were thinner than the rest of the intact bottles. I bought the product at Wal-Mart in Benson, AZ (Stock #[redacted]). I saved the broken bottle if Budweiser would like to inspect it. I kindly request a replacement for the faulty bottle. Thank you.
Sincerely,

I have been working with Adie as a beer rep since August, but I have never met her. She doesn't communicate about orders, never visits, and seems to be neglecting her responsibilities. Despite being in a small town, I am still selling over 30 cases of Bud products a week at my bar. Last week, I missed placing an order due to caring for a friend with cancer. Adie did not even reach out to remind me. When I called her, I realized I hadn't placed an order. The week before, I had a similar issue where she told me I hadn't ordered, but I had, resulting in a double delivery and unnecessary hassle. This inconsistent service is frustrating, and I am considering dropping Bud products from my bar. I would appreciate a more reliable representative who takes their job seriously.

I purchased your Budweiser 15 packs and 12 packs with a coupon that stated "save eight dollars on your purchase of two." I spent $[redacted] on beer. However, upon examining the coupon at home, I discovered it had a limit of two, which was not indicated when I saw it in the store. This situation feels unfair as I planned to use the coupon for my upcoming Christmas and New Year's Eve parties. I now feel disappointed and hesitant to buy more of your beer.

Hello, my name is Wayne Herdt and I live in Gig Harbor, WA. You can reach me at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] I was recently in touch with Adam Mozarski about participating in the auto decal advertisement for Demon Energy Drink. Unfortunately, the check I received on 11-23-18 from your company via USPS got lost. This check was meant to cover the decal Ad placement, removal, and the initial payment. Mr. Mozarski mentioned on 11-30-18 that he would investigate and possibly re-issue the check. However, since then, I haven't heard back despite my numerous attempts to reach out. I willingly offered my vehicle for this advertising opportunity and now I feel uncertain about what will happen next. Could someone please provide me with an update on this situation? Thank you for your assistance. Wayne Herdt

I reside in Indiana, and after visiting several liquor stores, it appears many others are also searching for Bud Light Orange, only to be told it's seasonal. What is the company thinking? Don't they want to make a profit like other companies? I wasn't a beer fan until I tried Bud Light Orange. I found it to be enjoyable without the aftertaste like Red's Ale. In my opinion, Budweiser is missing out on a lot of profit this holiday season. Regards, Disappointed in Marion, Indiana.

I have owned a small tavern in Wind Gap, PA since [redacted]. For years, I've purchased three cases of Budweiser Christmas Steins from Baurkot Distributor in Easton, PA and later from Allentown Beverage until [redacted]. When Allentown Beverage was acquired by Penn Beer in [redacted], I continued buying 3 cases annually.
Recently, on 12/13/18, my Penn Beer sales representative informed me that Penn Beer no longer qualified to supply these Christmas steins. I am disappointed as I have always been able to get them in the past, even when dealing with smaller distributors.
I am displeased with Budweiser's decision and their preference for larger businesses. I currently serve 4 Budweiser products on tap in my tavern. If this issue is not resolved, my only option is to reduce the number of Budweiser taps to just 1 and seek alternatives.
Sincerely,
Kerry G.

I've made several complaints in the last few weeks regarding ongoing issues with your products. Recently, I purchased a 6-pack of Budweiser Bottles from Walmart, and upon inspection, one bottle was either empty or had leaked from the top despite being sealed. Subsequently, my girlfriend bought me another 6-pack of cans, and once again, I discovered that one can was empty or had leaked despite being sealed. I find it concerning that despite my complaints and registering on the website, I haven't received any response. As a member, I expected quicker assistance. In my line of work in customer service, we prioritize addressing concerns promptly, which seems to be lacking here.

I noticed the large billboards on 6th Avenue in Denver, Colorado proclaiming, "COORS LIGHT IS MADE WITH CORN SYRUP." This sparked memories of my time as a radioisotope chemist at the Colorado Department of Health in [redacted] when I influenced Coors to change their sales slogan from "Brewed with Pure Rocky Mountain Spring Water" to "Brewed with Rocky Mountain Water." I discovered then that the water used was not pure spring water but well water with higher radiation levels. This led to the slogan alteration. It's an interesting journey to see how things have evolved since then.

Hello,
I wanted to let you know that you are part of the Budweiser Drink vehicle advertisement program. A professional detailer will be assigned to install the decals on your car, and your payment will be arranged. Once you receive the payment, you will retain your first week's pay of $[redacted] and give the remainder to the detailer. This practice is to establish a mutually beneficial relationship between you and the detailer. You can expect a total payment of ($[redacted]), from which your first week's payment of ($[redacted]) shall be deducted. The remaining amount should be sent to the detailer through Walmart to Walmart or Money Gram Money Transfer for the decal installation and removal after the program is completed. To proceed, kindly confirm the duration you plan to display the advertisement on your car (one, two, or three months), along with your daily car usage. Please double-check and provide your full name, address for the check, and complete mailing address for the payments. We anticipate considerable product exposure thanks to your help.

I am disheartened to see Budweiser promoting wind turbines as a form of social justice. Research reveals that these turbines are costly to produce and contain harmful rare earth metals and resins, alongside requiring substantial fossil fuel usage during construction. The transportation of each blade by semi-truck contributes to a significant carbon footprint. Erecting and maintaining these turbines involves manpower equivalent to setting up a plane propeller. Despite their dependence on weather conditions, they prove inefficient. Furthermore, wind turbines are visually unappealing, often nonfunctional, and pose risks to birds and bats. Reports of wind turbine fires are easily found online, raising concerns about their disposal once they are no longer operational. Many nations have decommissioned their wind farms due to impracticality. It would be more fitting for Budweiser to continue with their traditional horse-centric and animal-themed advertisements, as they were highly anticipated. - D. Chovin

To Whom it May Concern:
Yesterday, when I attempted to open a bottle of Budweiser beer for my husband using a bottle opener, I was startled to find that the entire top of the bottle came off along with the glass and cap. Fortunately, I was not injured. The broken bottle left a jagged and sharp edge. While I understand this may not directly relate to your production process, I wanted to bring this issue to your attention.
My husband has been a loyal customer of your company for the past 55 years, enjoying Labatt's products and currently Budweiser. We plan to continue supporting your brand and products in the future.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
