I bought a Savage 11 Scout [redacted] (item #[redacted]) over the phone on Thursday, December 13, [redacted]. My order number is [redacted]. I got a follow-up email requesting me to choose an FFL holder for shipping. The dealer I selected is On Target in Granbury, TX, listed with Bud'sGunShop. The contact there is Jack Wilson. He confirmed updating his FFL info at ffl@bud'sgunshop.com. The delivery details for On Target LPC, LLC are [redacted] Cindy Ct. Granbury, TX [redacted], Attention: Jack Wilson. I have made multiple purchases of guns and ammo from Bud's in the past few years. Recently, on 7-22-[redacted], I ordered a SCCY CPX3 .[redacted] pistol (Order #[redacted]) which was shipped on the same day. I received the pistol on 7-24-[redacted] and fired 18 rounds without issues. At the time of purchase, Bud's website indicated that new guns come with a one-year warranty. Not having owned a SCCY before, I opted to pay an extra $9.95 for Bud's Lifetime Warranty. However, upon opening the box, I found that SCCY already provides a lifetime warranty with the firearm. I am requesting a refund of $9.95 to my MasterCard ending in [redacted] (used for purchasing the pistol) to correct this misunderstanding promptly. Thank you, Joe Z. A couple of weeks ago, I was at the store with my son, a Lexington Police officer, exploring optics for his duty rifle. We were interested in a Trijicon model priced at around $[redacted], aiming for a wide field of view for room clearing scenarios. I have a few queries: 1. Does the unit come with a mount or require a separate purchase? 2. In the event of it being a Christmas gift, can he exchange it for another model? 3. Hello, my name is Carlos Y. I am reaching out to cancel my contract with Cordova Finance. I placed an order for long guns totaling $[redacted].52, but encountered issues with the order. One of the guns was mistakenly sent to another customer, leading to complications when I tried to reorder. I was asked to pay with a gift card I did not have, making it impossible to successfully place a new order. Despite several attempts, the total amount required for the purchase was inconsistent. I am 75 years old and trying to make an online purchase. I have a few questions. What is the total cost for a 30-day plan? Do you have different prices for cash and retail? Which price applies for layaway? I find it impersonal and inconvenient to pay for answers from an automated system. Is there a better way to assist customers?
