Dear Brunswick Executive or Trolling Motor Division Leader, I am Michael Young from Waxahachie, TX, just south of Dallas. I need assistance regarding my Motorguide Tour Pro trolling motor. I purchased it over a year ago for $[redacted], carefully saving for 3 months. Initially, it worked well, but it now malfunctions when in anchor mode. Motorguide issued a recall for the Anchor lock, offering to cover replacement parts. After taking it to a warranty service shop, it has been there for over 2 months with unsuccessful repairs. They attempted a dungel download and replaced the controller board, but the issue persists. I rely on the anchor lock for fishing in local tournaments. We need someone to address and resolve this promptly. If the current repairs are unsuccessful, a replacement may be necessary.
