During my shopping experience at the Waterloo NY outlet store on 5/5, I encountered an exceptional saleswoman whose name I unfortunately did not catch. Her outstanding customer service skills truly stood out, as she took the time to understand my needs without being pushy. I was impressed by her attentive and helpful attitude, as she not only provided great suggestions but also recommended other places to find the style I was looking for when the store didn't carry it. Her caring and laid-back approach made me feel valued, and I believe she is a valuable asset to the store. I regret not remembering her name, but she was the only female employee working at the time.

A few years back, I bought my husband four white Regent 16-32 shirts. Unfortunately, one of the shirts is starting to fray near the collar by the top button. I was under the impression that these shirts were of excellent quality, but now I am a bit disappointed. I fear the fraying will worsen over time. I hope this issue won't arise in the other shirts as well. My husband is fond of them, although he finds the buttons too small for his large fingers, making it difficult for him to button up. It would be wonderful if the company could send me a replacement shirt.

I'm writing to express my appreciation for the exceptional service provided by one of your associates. Steven McCardle, the assistant manager at your Polaris store in Columbus, Ohio, went above and beyond in assisting us with selecting sports jackets, pants, shirts, and accessories. He even went out of his way to visit our home for a fitting for my husband, who faces mobility challenges at 96. Given his difficulty accessing the store, Steven's offer to deliver the altered pants and jacket before the 4th of July was truly remarkable. In an era where customer service can be lacking, Steven has been a true standout. The entire team at the Polaris store, including the manager and other associates, has been friendly and supportive. We wish the store and all of Brooks Brothers continued success and hope that supply chain issues improve in the future. I wanted to formally recognize Steven's outstanding assistance.
