I've had a difficult experience with this company. I've been waiting for my check promised by Maryann for 8 weeks with no success. I was involved in a car accident caused by one of their customers, leaving me in need of a new car. Despite Maryann's assurances that my check was sent last week, it has yet to arrive. I just want the situation resolved and my check in hand as soon as possible.

Hello, my name is Valeria Gonzalez. On 29/12/[redacted], I had an accident at the Forever 21 store in Grapevine Mills Mall in Texas. There was food spilled in an aisle, causing me to slip and injure my back. The store manager called an ambulance and advised me to contact the insurance company to cover the medical expenses (hospital, doctor, ambulance, and RX).
Due to work commitments, I had to return to Mexico. I reached out to the insurance company, BROADSPIRE A CRAWFORD COMPANY, by phone, and they emailed me a claim number stating that I have until 29/12/[redacted] to file a claim regarding the accident. Since January [redacted], I have been sending emails that have gone unanswered. I also contacted them via Facebook, provided them with the claim number, but received no response. I have tried calling, but no one answers. I am hoping you can help me understand what I can do next or the status of my claim.
I have all the emails I've sent to the insurance company, with no response.

Hello, I'm David S. I have a Medicare set-aside with your company in the form of an annuity. The payments should arrive by the 8th of every March until I turn 85. However, we haven't received the funds yet. We recently changed our bank account due to a security issue and I've sent the updated information through the Worker's Compensation Medicare Set-aside Arrangement (WCMSA) form. Can you please clarify why the payment hasn't been received on Friday, Saturday, or today? Thank you.

I am dealing with unemployment claim issues connected to my mobile phone and financial institutions. On 7/1/[redacted], my husband was injured while working with an unlicensed and uninsured contractor, resulting in a broken neck. Despite attempts to get him medical attention, he was taken home instead of to the hospital. Identity theft linked to a New York telephone number has been affecting my Comerica Bank account and credit cards. Messages from Boumont Pharmacy were found on the New York number mentioning the name Gemma, who is related to the nephew of my husband. This situation has led to a court order protecting me from my husband in Long Beach Superior Court since 1/19/[redacted]. My phone number is [redacted], and the connected number is [redacted].

On June 28, [redacted], at 6:50 pm, I got injured while carrying a cardboard box and a cooler at work. I accidentally hit my left leg on a floor cart, resulting in a bad abrasion. Despite trying to stop the bleeding, I had to go to the hospital for treatment. I returned to work the next two days but had to call out on July 1 due to the leg injury. I visited Urgent Care and aimed to return to work on July 6, but they mentioned the need for Workmans comp. approval. I'm unsure if this is necessary, so any insights would be appreciated.

I am following up on the insurance confirmation process for the flight cancellation insurance. The person in charge is Mr. Maciej Roman. I have tried contacting him via email on December 15, [redacted], January 1, [redacted], and February 1, [redacted], but unfortunately, I haven't received any updates. I am wondering if Mr. Roman is still overseeing this matter. As of December 1st, [redacted], I have not received Chubb's insurance certificate. The process commenced on 09/20/[redacted], which was over four months ago. I believe this is quite a lengthy processing time. Could you please provide an estimated completion date for this process? Our front wall was damaged by a Mascaro and Company garbage truck on June 9th. Two estimates were obtained, one for $13,[redacted] and another for about $4,[redacted], and were submitted to Tracey Weaver. However, there has been no response from her in the last 2 1/2 weeks despite attempts to contact her via phone and email. After contacting Mascaro, they mentioned that the issue would be referred to the claims department, but there has been no follow-up since then. Communication from Tracey Weaver included a phone number to call, but there has been no success in reaching her. This situation needs to be resolved promptly as the damaged wall is considerable in size (2 1/2‘ x 25‘). Please contact me at your earliest convenience. I have Advanzia travel insurance through my "Gebuehrenfrei Advanzia" credit card. I recently reviewed the insurance details and have a question regarding coverage for my upcoming travel in March/April.
If I need to cancel my trip before departure or interrupt it due to the death or severe illness of my parents who live in Switzerland, is it correct that these situations are not covered because they reside in Switzerland whereas I live in Germany?
