On January 28th around noon, I bought a cheeseburger at your gas station located at [redacted] S.W 9th St, Des Moines, Iowa. After leaving, I found the burger to be very thin. Upon opening it, I discovered there was no burger, only cheese and bacon. The bun was also tough. I still ate it but unfortunately got food poisoning. I experienced a fever that night and have had diarrhea continuing into today. I urge you to investigate the food handling procedures at that store.

I visited the BP gas station on Potomac Avenue in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania [redacted] at 4:05 PM (16:05 EST). Upon arrival, I observed two clerks on duty. One clerk was preoccupied with assisting a customer at the checkout, while the other was engaged in conversation with a man who pointed out my presence at the Lottery register. Despite being aware of my presence, the clerk continued talking to the man. Only after the first clerk became occupied with another customer did she eventually attend to me. When she inquired about my winnings, I confirmed that I had won. However, instead of providing customer service, she rudely exclaimed, "DON'T YOU SNATCH FROM ME AGAIN!!!!". This behavior was unacceptable and disrespectful. I am seeking an apology for this mistreatment.
