In early June, one of the tyres got punctured due to an iron object, and upon inspection, it was found to be damaged. As it was under warranty, I deposited the tyre at the shop in early June [redacted] for a replacement. Despite assurances from your customer care that the warranty would cover it, I have yet to receive a replacement. The shop initially cited delayed production due to COVID-19, but now they are refusing to replace the tyre without providing a reason. Moreover, my claim was unexpectedly rejected on 21/09/[redacted], citing a 'Flat tyre'. I kindly request your prompt assistance in resolving this matter by honoring the warranty commitment and providing the replacement tyre as soon as possible.
