I have had the Thermoscan 5 for around two weeks now. Every day, I take readings in each ear three times. I ensure the probe is positioned consistently for every test. I know body temperature can fluctuate during the day and that readings can differ based on the method used.
I have two main concerns:
Firstly, despite Braun's assertions, I don't find the Thermoscan to be the most accurate method for measuring internal body temperature. I compared it to other methods like anal, oral, ear, forehead, and armpit readings, with anal being the most precise.
Secondly, I noticed significant differences in three successive readings during one session with the Thermoscan. The readings decreased progressively, which is confusing as they were taken within a short interval.
Overall, I am skeptical of the Braun Thermoscan's accuracy claims. I would like an explanation for these results and if my unit is faulty, I would appreciate a replacement.

My Braun shaver has stopped working once again. The first shaver I received from Braun stopped working within a month and was replaced. Now this "new" shaver is experiencing the same issue for a second time (it was repaired by you after about 60 days of use, approximately 75 days ago). If possible, please review the past situation and see if there is a solution to avoid inconvenience. The previous repair order was IT-braun-[redacted]. Hello,
I am a Braun Silk-epil 9 user from Timisoara, Romania. I purchased the epilator last year and it is still under warranty. It has been repaired three times for the same issue, where the head of the epilator was changed but it still does not pull hair effectively. The communication with Braun Service Repair in Romania has been difficult as they have not shared the contact information for the manager in Romania. Currently, the epilator is at the store, and I am concerned that the warranty will expire soon.
I am looking to either exchange the epilator for a new one or receive a refund. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter. Could you please provide me with a valid phone number and the name of the manager at Braun Romania? Thank you for your help.

I purchased a Braun Silk Expert IPL BD [redacted] in October [redacted] while in Saudi Arabia. After moving to India, the device worked well until I couldn't use it for about 3 months. When I tried to use it again last February, only the red light was coming on without the white light indicating an issue with the sensors. I sent the device to an authorized Braun service center for repair in February, but they now say they cannot fix it as the product is not available in India, instructing me to contact the dealer where I made the purchase. As I no longer live in Saudi Arabia and I am now in India, I am unsure of how to proceed with getting my device repaired. It is concerning that the service center has not provided any solutions in this matter, especially with the product's warranty expiring this coming October.

After the holidays, I contacted Lulu Mall and was provided with a charger on my return visit. However, upon inspection at home, a broken part and a missing oil bottle were identified. I purchased a Braun Cruzer 5 Face (Type: [redacted]) from Lulu Mall in Abu Dhabi about eight months ago. Upon opening the box at home, I found the charger missing. I purchased a Braun KF7000 coffee maker through Scorecard Rewards, and it arrived on 7/21/[redacted] with a cracked carafe. I used my old one, but in August around 8/23, the coffee maker stopped working with error message E01. Score Card mentioned a 30-day warranty, but they said the 30 days started from the shipping date, not the receipt date. I contacted them multiple times, but they didn't follow up, claiming my time was up for the warranty when I heard back. Now that things have settled down, I want to return the faulty coffee maker and have it replaced. Thank you.

I have been a loyal customer of Braun electric razors for years and have always been satisfied with their products. However, my experience with the Series 9 razor has been a major disappointment. It does not shave as promised, even after watching tutorials to ensure I am using it correctly. I suspect I may have received a defective blade, which is concerning given its high cost.
As a long-time customer, I am reaching out in the hopes that Braun will address this issue promptly. I would appreciate either a new blade or a refund/replacement for the faulty product. I value my relationship with Braun spanning nearly 30 years and hope for a resolution soon.

Dear Sirs,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the Braun Satin Hair 7 product that I purchased on June 21, [redacted], from a pharmacy in Alexandria, as evidenced by the attached purchase invoice.
Upon returning from vacation, I attempted to use the product, hoping for the promised benefits of increased shine and reduced frizz. However, after finding it ineffective, I ceased usage and attempted to return it to the pharmacy, only to be directed to the service center.
After an evaluation by the service center and subsequent report, I was informed that the product was not defective and in good working condition. I have attached videos illustrating the lack of difference between using the Satin 7 brush and a much cheaper alternative.
I kindly request your assistance in facilitating a full refund, as the product did not meet the performance standards advertised on its packaging.

I purchased the Braun IPL laser machine about 4 months back, and it worked well initially. However, I have encountered an issue with it now. When the machine touches the skin, it displays a white light. But when I press the button, there is no flash even though the light is still white. I have to click multiple times before it finally flashes. This problem occurs soon after starting to use it, within a minute, so it doesn't seem to be due to overheating or excessive use. I suspect the machine may be slowing down.
