Hello, I purchased a Braun Series 3 on September 7th, [redacted], but it caused irritation to my face. Despite choosing Braun for its reputation for sensitive skin, I was disappointed. I returned to the store and bought a Braun Series 7 with the base station. Today, I called customer service for the return address to send back my Series 3 to Ontario.
