Good morning,
I have been unwell for the past 9 months and have experienced two hospitalizations due to health issues. In an effort to make my household cleaning easier, I purchased the Bosch Series 4 Flexxo ProClean BBH3211GB Cordless Vacuum Cleaner in October from AO. I chose Bosch due to their excellent reputation and the vacuum cleaner's claim of being light and easy to use.
However, I am disappointed with two aspects of the product:
1. It does not pick up dirt effectively, rendering it virtually useless.
2. The vacuum cleaner keeps falling over while standing, requiring me to frequently bend down to pick it up, which is challenging for me.
As a loyal Bosch customer, I hope to resolve these issues and would appreciate your assistance.

I recently purchased a complete set of Bosch Kitchen and Laundry appliances for our new Villa in North Cyprus. We opted for Bosch based on their service reputation. Upon receiving our Villa, we discovered the manuals lacked English sections, making it challenging for my wife to operate the series 8 ovens. Despite a significant investment, the dealers in North Cyprus offered no assistance. I could locate the series 8 main fan oven Manual but struggle to find the manual for the Combi Microwave oven HMG636 BS. Could you kindly email me the pdf manual at [redacted] for assistance?
