I own a [redacted] F150 with the Borg-Warner 44-17 transfer case TOD. Seeking advice on a problem I'm experiencing. With 74,[redacted] miles on my truck, I've regularly changed the fluid with mercon LV every 10,[redacted] miles as recommended. Recently, I've noticed my front drive shaft moving in 2wd and being unable to turn it freely by hand with the engine on in neutral. The encoder motor on the transfer case appears to be functioning correctly, and 4h and 4l work without issues. Unsure if the problem lies within internal parts like clutch packs, synchronization clutch, the magnet, or spring for the clutches, as it seems the transfer case isn't disengaging to 2wd. I recall encountering a 4x4/transfer case fault code after getting stuck in snow six months ago, despite no engine light being present. Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I bought an efr7163 twinscroll turbo from one of your distributors (Full-Race). Unfortunately, the turbo oil seals have blown. I noticed coolant mixed with oil on the front side and oil on the back side of the turbo. The turbo has only been driven less than 50 miles and never exceeded 4k rpm. It started burning oil unexpectedly while I was in the process of fine-tuning the car. All lines were correctly installed, and there was good oil drainage. After test drives, it started smoking out of the exhaust without warning. Upon inspection, the downpipe was covered in oil. The turbo is practically new, and I am now questioning the quality. I am wondering what your company plans to do about this issue. Will you provide a refund, a replacement turbo, support your product, or overlook this manufacturing defect?

On September 22, [redacted], I bought a BorgWarner turbo from A1Rental Equip. via EBAY. I opted for a more expensive turbo for its quality and warranty. After less than [redacted] hours of use, the turbo began emitting black smoke. A1 mentioned that Deutz motors are prone to head gasket issues. I had recently serviced the motor at a Deutz shop before the turbo installation. Despite confirming the motor's condition post-Covid recovery, issues persisted. Upon inspection, suspicions arose regarding a faulty o-ring causing oil leakage near the turbo. Despite efforts to address the problem, A1 is proving uncooperative with the warranty process, only directing me back to EBAY. This situation has left me with a non-functional machine and a desire to resolve the turbo issue promptly.
