Hello, I experienced a disconnection issue with the network after making a payment. I was supposed to be transferred to a department to get reconnected, but I faced obstacles. Every time I call and wait on the line, I end up getting disconnected before speaking to a consultant. This situation is frustrating as I have been without electricity and heating for a week since I made the payment three days ago. Originally, I was supposed to be reconnected within four days, but now it seems like it will take up to 10 days.
