Hello,
I purchased a Bodrum milk frother two months ago and it stopped working properly. While it warms the milk, the whisk does not spin. I reached out to the warranty department, which unfortunately was not very helpful. They requested the model number, my address, a video demonstrating the issue, and a receipt, which I did not possess. I asked if a credit card statement would suffice, but the representative maintained their stance. I am disappointed in both the product's quality and the handling of this matter. It seems there is a common issue with these frothers failing as per online reviews. As a successful business development manager, I would never treat a customer in such a manner.
