Yesterday, I paid for 2 months of WiFi service, and Sabrina processed the payment. Instead of the agreed $50, I was charged $57. Sabrina promised to remove the extra $7, but it remains on my bill. I am frustrated with the oversight and wonder if I can trust this company. My account number is [redacted]-20. Unfortunately, I am having phone issues today, preventing me from calling for a solution. Elaine S.

During the recent storm in my rural area, my electricity remained on, but I lost internet connection on 8/11/21. Despite my phone showing WiFi, I couldn't access necessary apps or pay bills online. I don't have phone service due to financial constraints, but my phone does connect to the internet. I tested it in town and could access free WiFi easily. I suspected a line issue in our rural area, but the problem persists. I'm not tech-savvy, but I've noticed: 1. Internet loss on my farm. 2. Phone shows WiFi signals. 3. Picks up town WiFi fine. 4. Service with Blue Ridge Cable was excellent until 8/11/21. I rely on internet for essential tasks due to my physical limitations. Once I leave the hospital, I may lose communication if the WiFi isn't restored. Please investigate and resolve this matter promptly. Thank you. Tamela L. // William F. B.
