I have been a BlueMountain member for over 13 years. My membership is ending in April, and I received an email instructing me to contact you by April 1st. I have tried calling the number 1-[redacted] for the past two weeks with no success, so I am reaching out via email. I would like to inquire about the upcoming charges and inform you that my Mastercard was lost in the mail and cancelled on March 28th. A new one is expected to arrive in two weeks. Due to a past scam incident, I cannot input any financial information online. I request that we discuss this over the phone or through receiving a bill for payment by check. Please respond to my email promptly.

I recently sent an e-card and purchased a $25.00 gift card through Blue Mountain for a friend's birthday. Unfortunately, my friend did not receive anything despite checking the correct email address. After contacting Blue Mountain's help center and following their suggestion of forwarding the email, the issue remains unresolved. I am requesting a refund for the $25.00 Starbucks gift card charge and an apology from Blue Mountain. Additionally, I would like compensation for the $4.99 monthly membership fee as I am quite disappointed with the situation.

I am disappointed because the smash up cards I've been sending out lately have been missing the sound feature. Previously, they have been a hit with the recipients, but the recent ones I've tried to send do not include the voices. Some of the affected cards are the ones featuring Queen Elizabeth, Dolly Parton (scheduled for June 27), and the Senior Women Rockers (scheduled for June 14). If this issue persists, I am considering canceling my long-time membership. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you. - Bonnie W.

On December 29, [redacted], I mailed a birthday card with a $50 Starbucks gift card to Kim Miller at [redacted] Unfortunately, the card ended up in the junk folder and was deleted. I contacted Blue Mountain to have the card resent, but only the greeting card was resent, not the Starbucks gift card. I have tried reaching out through their "contact us" email twice but have not received any response. I would like the Starbucks gift card to be sent to Kim Miller or a refund of the $50 charged to my PayPal account.

I tried to cancel the free trial by calling their number, but the automated voice message states they can't answer calls for some unknown reason. This has been ongoing for weeks, leaving me unable to cancel the trial. I also emailed them to cancel, but they never replied to my message. I am at a loss for how to reach them and end my membership. It's frustrating that both phone calls and emails are ineffective, making it impossible to contact them. All aspects of their customer service appear to be inaccessible for the same vague reason. I'm uncertain about what is going on with this company.

I was unaware that my annual subscription with BlueMountain was not renewed as they failed to send an email notification. I discovered this just before Easter. When I attempted to update my information, there was an issue with changing my address, which I suspect is causing problems with updating my payment details. Despite multiple attempts to contact them by phone at 2:30 PM their time (11:30 AM Pacific time), I have only encountered a message stating that they are closed due to unforeseen circumstances and to call back during their regular business hours.
