I am a severe TBI survivor. I contacted Blue Cross to make it my primary insurance. The person I spoke with was extremely rude when I mentioned having Medicaid, and he abruptly ended the call. The entire conversation is recorded. Is this the standard treatment for your insurance customers? I am in need of rehab, but Medicaid coverage is insufficient. The audacity and rudeness displayed left me in utter disbelief. I have no alternative but to secure insurance. The prospect of acquiring your top insurance plan and experiencing such treatment is astounding. The conversation is documented from both ends. I anticipate a discount and consequences for his behavior, including potential job loss.
