Good evening, I'm Aditya Gupta. I recently received an email from Blockfi regarding a withdrawal from my account. I want to express my gratitude to the Blockfi team and hope for the full restoration of the site's functionality. I have a significant concern about a transaction made on Feb 24th, [redacted], where I transferred $[redacted] from my Bank of America account to Blockfi to purchase Bitcoin and ETH. Although the details can still be viewed in my Blockfi account, the total value of Bitcoin and ETH does not reflect this transaction. I kindly request you to review and update my account accordingly with the correct values. I hope my request reaches you soon. I will try to contact you during the day. I received a notification from BlockFi stating that my account is now available for withdrawals. However, upon checking, I noticed that my balance has been reduced to only $12. Previously, when BlockFi closed, my balance was approximately $3,[redacted], with various crypto holdings such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Tether in my wallet. At present, my BlockFi wallet displays the same crypto holdings as before the platform froze, but my account balance only reflects a portion of my Gemini crypto holding.

Hello, my name is Donald Sims, and I had funds in my BlockFi account. However, my account got blocked, and I was told to request a withdrawal after 60 days. After the 60 days passed, I discovered that BlockFi had filed for bankruptcy. It has been over a year now, and I still haven't received my funds or the interest.
