I am writing regarding my recent order of a family tree birthstone necklace placed on January 17, [redacted], with order number [redacted]79. Upon receiving the necklace, I noticed that it does not match the specifications I provided in my initial order. I had requested 5 birthstones, specifically 2 for October, 2 for March, and 1 for February. However, the necklace I received only contains 4 birthstones, missing the February stone. This is particularly disappointing as the necklace was meant to honor my mother, who will be turning 60 on February 26. It was crucial for me to have her birthstone included in the design.
I reached out to your customer service team on February 18, attaching documentation of my order confirmation with the correct birthstone specifications. Despite initial assurances of a prompt response within 48 hours, I had to follow up a second time to receive any communication. After further correspondence, I was informed by GlobalShopEx on March 5 that a replacement necklace with the accurate number of stones was being sent. However, I was later informed that a reorder was not feasible, and I would be refunded instead. I want to emphasize that a refund is not satisfactory; I simply wish to receive the correct necklace that I originally paid for.
Furthermore, I am currently unable to access the blissliving.com website, as it now requires a username and password for entry. Given the circumstances and delays, I am eager to resolve this issue promptly and receive the correct necklace without any further complications. I kindly request your assistance in ensuring that a new necklace with the accurate number of birthstones is promptly shipped to me.
