I completed the initial sync module without any issues. After adding the first camera, there was no video output when I clicked on the video or photo options. Wanting to start over, I tried to delete the camera and add it multiple times, but the system couldn't detect it at first. I even replaced the camera's batteries, although the issue persisted. Now, I keep getting error messages like "unable to reach blink server" and "authentication failed." I'm hesitant to add my second camera, fearing it might encounter the same problem.

I replaced the batteries in one of my outdoor cameras. Although the camera appeared to be working, it didn't come back online, showing the blue LED light with motion as normal. Following the 1-2-3 instructions, I tried to delete the camera, but received an HTTP [redacted] error message. To troubleshoot, I power cycled the hubs, which resulted in steady green and blue lights. Upon attempting to access them via my Samsung Note 20 app on Android 11, I encountered grey screens and the same HTTP [redacted] error. Even after logging out and trying to log back in, the error persisted. I am confident in my password and email details. I suspect the issue might be related to the reported Amazon outage affecting your servers. Any assistance to reconnect my cameras online would be greatly appreciated.

On Friday night around 10 p.m., I witnessed my backdoor motion light being activated by a deer, causing my camera to start recording the clear and colorful footage of the deer. However, midway through the 10-second clip, the camera made a loud "click" sound, followed by a flash resembling a flash bulb, resulting in the video transitioning from clear and colorful to less clear with grey tones. This is a new occurrence for me, and I am puzzled by what caused this sudden change in the footage quality.

I bought a Blink Outdoor system from Costco and now I'm interested in getting a Blink Storage Hub. I want to monitor my cameras and view videos from my phone without needing a $30/year subscription. Could you help me understand what the Blink Storage Hub is and how I can buy it? I just need guidance on purchasing the Blink Storage Hub and information on its cost. That's all I need from Blink.

I purchased Blink cameras two years ago through a TV Infomercial sale. Since then, I have changed my phone number, email address, and bank account due to personal reasons. After spending time in jail and getting a new bank account with the same bank, as well as a new phone number and email address, I recently bought a new subscription for Blink with my updated contact information. However, when I try to register my cameras by scanning the QR code, it says they are already associated with another account. Despite speaking with numerous Amazon and Blink representatives and providing them with the model and serial numbers, I am still unable to set up my cameras. I have already paid for Blink and Amazon subscriptions and would appreciate any assistance in getting my cameras to function properly.

Two weeks ago, my spouse and I acquired new cell phones with the same number on each device. Despite our attempts, my spouse has been unable to reconnect the "BLINK" security cameras to her phone. We've submitted multiple requests for assistance without success. I've called "BLINK" three times using the provided phone number, only to be met with an automated system that does not resolve our issue. After being placed on hold for around five minutes, we are directed to seek assistance online, which has been unhelpful. We've been waiting for a resolution for two weeks now. If assistance is not possible, please advise on how to return the "BLINK" system. Charles M. [redacted]

I purchased two Blink cameras from Home Depot. I placed one by the front door, which the squirrels leave alone. However, the one by the tree trunk in the back was constantly chewed on by the squirrels, causing it to detach and set off the alarm. I contacted support on October 8th at 1:07 pm with verification code [redacted]. I am looking to add insurance for the front camera at $3 a month and also need assistance reinstalling the camera in the back. Can the insurance for the front camera begin this month? I recently purchased a set of 5 Blink cameras with a sync module and separately acquired a Ring doorbell. While I have successfully connected the cameras to my app, I am experiencing difficulties adding the doorbell. Despite multiple attempts, including battery removals and various connection methods with and without the sync module, the doorbell fails to connect. Even swapping batteries and resetting only result in a brief red blink for 3 seconds, followed by no further action. Pressing the reset button prompts a brief blue and red light display, but the blinking ceases thereafter.

My grandson accidentally deleted the app on my Apple iPhone. When I tried to set it up again and connect the cameras, I was prompted to create a new account. However, this new account does not seem to work with the old cameras I had. I also recently purchased five new cameras which I managed to set up with a new account, but now none of them are functioning properly. I have a couple of doorbells and several outdoor and indoor cameras that are not working either. I tried following instructions to reset the cameras and remove any existing accounts, but I keep getting error messages about them not being registered to the correct account. As a result, I am unsure of how many accounts I currently have.

I have successfully logged into my account and verified that all my cameras are associated with it. I own two Blink Sync Modules for my five indoor cameras, two doorbells, and five outdoor cameras. One of the sync modules is not connecting to my Wi-Fi network. While the first one easily connected to my actual Wi-Fi, the second one is trying to connect to something called Blink [redacted], which doesn't appear in my Wi-Fi options. I have attempted to troubleshoot by unplugging and replugging it, pressing the reset button, but the green light remains on and the blue light keeps flashing. I face difficulty in getting this sync module to work, unlike the first one that had no issues during setup. Both sync modules were purchased together, and I seek guidance on resolving this connection problem.

I recently bought two solar blink cameras and installed them outside. After 30 days, Amazon informed me that I needed to purchase a monthly service plan for the cameras to keep working and recording. My neighbors who also got their cameras from Amazon don't have to pay for a service, yet their cameras work fine. I wish to understand why this discrepancy exists. I believe I should have been informed in advance about the additional service charges after 30 days of purchase.

I keep receiving a “Sync module offline” notification even though my Wi-Fi connection is fine. I replaced the batteries with new ones at [redacted]% capacity, but the problem persists. I've tried all the support options on the website and app with no luck, so I resorted to deleting the cameras. However, now I can't re-add them because there's no connection to the module. One of the cameras is a replacement from July [redacted], and the other is over 2 years old. They are both used indoors. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased two Blink cameras approximately 11 months ago. I mounted them outside my home, and they met my expectations perfectly. I opted not to use the cloud system, choosing instead to view the footage directly on my phone with a memory stick in the module. Everything was working fine until about a week ago when they stopped sending me clips. I am a senior living alone, and these cameras help me feel secure in my home.
