Upon deciding to upgrade my TV, I opted for a Blaupunkt model due to positive past experiences. I had the Blaupunkt 43" Ultra HD TV installed on April 14, [redacted]. Unfortunately, on April 27th, the screen suddenly went black while I was watching a program. In response, I promptly registered a complaint under number [redacted]. A technician inspected the TV and determined that the panel was malfunctioning. I naturally assumed that, given the TV was barely two weeks old, Blaupunkt would provide a replacement. However, my hopes were dashed when replacement or repair did not progress even after 10 days. Today, I received an email stating that the panel is currently out of stock and the resolution hinges on its production timeline, which remains unspecified. Hello, I have had positive experiences with Blaupunkt in the past, so when I needed to replace my TV, I opted for a Blaupunkt model. Hello Team, I wanted to share my experience with the Blaupunkt New York [redacted] recently installed in my Vento. Sadly, I'm encountering some issues. Despite trying different wires, including the original Apple one, and resetting it multiple times within the past 2 weeks, I'm facing the following problems: 1. During Apple CarPlay usage, the microphone volume diminishes, making my voice inaudible to the person on the other end of the call. The microphone fails to pick up my voice when using GPS and making a call simultaneously. 2. Amazon Music sometimes shows a black screen and rarely functions, forcing me to resort to my mobile for song changes as the screen becomes unresponsive. 3. Similar to the above, Jio Saavn also experiences a black screen glitch. It's disappointing to encounter these flaws in what is supposed to be a premium product by Blaupunkt. The only reliable feature seems to be the GPS, which isn't the main reason I invested ₹[redacted] in this device. I attempted to contact customer service at ‭1[redacted]‬, but the call wouldn't connect, urging you to address this issue promptly. I have a CRA [redacted] car radio issue. A few weeks ago, the radio stations' names disappeared from the display, but I could still select and play different stations. After replacing the car battery last week, I encountered a problem. The display showed "SAFE," followed by the number 10 and then "CODE." Unsure of what to do, I tried pressing some controls, which resulted in the number decreasing to 9 and then 8. Since then, the "SAFE" signal no longer appears, and I haven't been prompted to enter a code. I recently found the instructions and learned about the "security code" and "radio code." Is there a way to reactivate the radio, or is it possibly broken?

My new BTM650 Bluetooth receiver was working great, but it suddenly stopped working while I was driving. I've checked the fuses, wiring connections, and even tried another receiver, which worked fine. However, my new Blaupunkt receiver won't power on at all. It was a gift from my parents for keeping a job and being a responsible adult, so now I'm going to be without any radio in my new car. I had believed in the quality of Blaupunkt products, but if the receiver failed like this, I'm considering returning the two car amps and four 6.5" GTX 4-way speakers I just purchased. If I'm not satisfied with the decision to repair or replace the receiver, I might have to save up again to purchase a new radio for my car. Walmart is being uncooperative, claiming the numbers on the receipt don't match the ones on the box, despite me paying for the items on camera. I feel like I'm being passed around instead of receiving proper assistance.

I recently purchased a BTM650 Bluetooth receiver and 6.5" door speakers from Walmart. After installation, the receiver stopped working and wouldn't power back on. When I tried to exchange it at Walmart, they claimed the numbers on the receipt didn't match the box. I've been attempting to contact customer service at Blaupunkt for two weeks without success. I already bought a Pioneer CD player due to the issue, but I still need a functioning unit for my daily work commute. I'm willing to return the Bluetooth receiver if Blaupunkt can provide a barcode for me to send it back and replace it with a [redacted] 1-channel mono car amp. I understand the amp costs $62 on Amazon, and I'm willing to cover the shipping costs for the exchange.

Hello, my sister purchased a Blaupunkt Handy Quick User Guide Mobile phone SM 02 [redacted] at Kaufland in Fulda on November 4, [redacted]. In early April [redacted], the phone shut down and could not be turned back on. Despite bringing it to Kaufland and being told they only accept returns within two months, she was directed to contact Blaupunkt directly. After sending the phone to SIXIT-Germany GmbH in Berlin on April 7, [redacted], my sister was informed by a representative named Sajons that the phone had not arrived, despite tracking confirming it was received by a woman named Winarski. Despite daily calls and threats to involve the police, there was no resolution. On May 5, [redacted], the package was returned to my sister by the post office as undeliverable, with her paying €5.20 for shipping. She has been without a phone since April 7 and the situation remains unresolved. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Good afternoon, I purchased a pyramid kettle from your copper collection recently while redecorating my kitchen. Upon unpacking it a couple of weeks later, I discovered that the handle was loose. I tried to exchange the item at my local B&M store where I bought it, but they no longer had this kettle in stock at any of their branches. When they tried to process a refund, they found that the price had dropped to £10.00. Without a receipt, they wouldn't replace it unless I paid an additional £15.00, even though the initial price I paid was £25.99. This would have meant paying £40.00 for a kettle that should have cost £25.00. I would appreciate your help in obtaining a replacement kettle from your copper collection. Thank you and kind regards. I purchased a Blaupunkt Retro Kettle from B & M in Exeter in March [redacted], and I have the receipt. Unfortunately, after only 16 months of use, the on/off switch has broken. I had a Russell Hobbs kettle that lasted nearly ten years before the element gave out, so I'm disappointed in the quality of this kettle's durability. When I returned the kettle to B & M, they informed me that I needed to contact Blaupunkt directly since it was over a year since the purchase. I had to buy a new kettle since I was left with no other option. I am requesting a full refund for the kettle, either by receiving a prepaid returns label from Blaupunkt or an official email/letter that I can present to B & M for a refund. I am surprised to hear that the kettle is now listed for £1 on the Blaupunkt site when I paid more for it. I appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter. Kind regards, C Burrell

Hello, I bought a 40-inch Blaupunkt TV last year and mounted it on my wall. Recently, my other TV broke, so I moved the Blaupunkt downstairs. I realized that the TV is actually only 35 inches, making it more like a 32-inch TV in a 40-inch box. The box clearly states it's 40 inches, and I am puzzled as to why there is a discrepancy. I purchased the TV at PC World Waterford City around 15 months ago, and I have just noticed this issue. I have taken photos of the box and the TV with a tape measure for reference. I ordered the TS200 speakers in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. The first set arrived damaged with dented speakers and a damaged wooden cabinet. My request for a refund was denied, prompting a replacement to be sent, but it was incomplete and still had damaged speakers. Another replacement was provided, but it too arrived with scratches and dented speaker domes. I have consistently sent images of the damaged units to the seller. After multiple attempts, the seller has now offered a refund upon return of the defective sets. I am concerned about the unprofessional packaging and shipping practices of the Indian distributor and worry about the reputation of Blaupunkt. The seller in question is Envent World Wide Pvt Ltd in New Delhi. I urge for an investigation into these issues to prevent further customer dissatisfaction. -Rajen Gopi

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my Blaupunkt BN40F1131BKB TV. I am unable to have the audio output to my Goodmans 30W soundbar via the HDMI ARC port. I have confirmed that the soundbar is correctly set up by testing it on another TV. Currently, the source on the TV is set to HDMI1, which is connected to a Firestick (version 3). The Firestick plays multimedia files correctly on the TV, but the audio continues to come through the TV's speakers instead of being directed to the soundbar. However, when I use a Line-In cable from the TV's Earphone connector to the soundbar's Line-In connector, and adjust the soundbar settings accordingly, the audio is correctly forwarded to the soundbar though the quality is not optimal. Dear Sir or Madam, I purchased an External charger 20000mAh with wireless charging less than a year ago. Unfortunately, the USB charging port inside the device has broken, preventing me from charging the power bank. I have reached out to Lidl, where I bought the device, but have not received a response for a long time. I have also looked on the Blaupunkt website for a solution but haven't found one. I purchased a Blaupunkt CS4000 Chainsaw from Martin Ltd. in Newcastle upon Tyne in [redacted]. Within three weeks, the chain break failed. Martin Ltd. promptly provided me with a replacement. Unfortunately, the new chainsaw developed the same issue shortly before Christmas. I speculate the problem may be related to a one-way locking spring. I have attempted to reach out to Martin Ltd. after the New Year but have been unsuccessful. It appears that Martin Ltd. may no longer be in business, and I have been unable to locate another supplier in the UK. Can anyone offer assistance with this matter?

Hello, I am Jeswin Simon from Thrissur, Kerala, India. I purchased a Blaupunkt BTW07 ANC Moksha-30Db Bluetooth earpod from Amazon. The earbud is now malfunctioning after 3 months , with the noise cancellation feature not working effectively and the sound quality being below average. These issues have been present since the time of purchase. Unfortunately, the earbud is now in a worse condition than anticipated. I had high hopes for this item, but it seems to have fallen short. I am in need of a replacement hose for my pressure washer as the current one has small holes rendering it useless. The pressure washer is 1400w. I have attempted to contact the company via their email address [redacted]; however, the email is bouncing back as "unable to deliver." I have been struggling to find a compatible replacement hose that works with both the pump and the washer. Hello. I've had a cordless vacuum cleaner (VCH601) for 2.5 years now. Recently, the motor has started making a strange noise. Upon inspecting the appliance, I discovered that the motor is sealed, making it impossible to replace the carbon brushes and ball bearings. I've been informed by the store where I purchased it that the manufacturer does not provide spare parts for this model, which is quite frustrating if accurate.
