I have been trying to resolve my issue since the end of April, and now it has been ongoing for the last 22 days. My email account has been hacked, preventing me from receiving verification emails and logging in due to the hacker's email being set up on my account. Unfortunately, Bittrex has not been helpful in assisting me. I recently requested to change my email address from [redacted] to [redacted] but have not received any response or support from Bittrex. I urgently need help to: 1) Change my email address to [redacted] and remove all other connected emails from my account. 2) Resolve the issue of not receiving verification emails. 3) Assist me in logging into my account. 4) Enable me to change my password. I require immediate human assistance as I am experiencing financial losses. Hackers have linked their email to my account, and I need Bittrex to remove all emails except for the Proton email. I've been unable to access my account for a while as I have the password but not the phone or 2FA authentication. I've tried several times to verify my identity by email, but I haven't received the verification email. I've checked my spam folder and tried to resend the verification email more than five times without success. The 2FA setup has failed, and I need assistance in configuring it. I will reach out to Bittrex global support for help.

I noticed a warning message on the website stating that funds are available for immediate withdrawal, but unfortunately, this is not the case. On Bittrex, there doesn't seem to be an option to withdraw any fiat currency, regardless of whether the currency is whitelisted or not. The "Withdrawal" options are all greyed out, and there doesn't appear to be any information about site maintenance. I am concerned about the legality of this situation and believe it's important to address it. I intend to pursue legal action against Bittrex, even if I eventually receive my funds in full. I urge you to escalate this matter to your supervisor. Thank you.

I received a notice from Bittrex requiring me to liquidate and close my account promptly. I am attempting to sell off my cryptocurrency assets to USD to comply before the deadline of tomorrow, the 27th. Unfortunately, I am facing technical difficulties on the platform preventing me from placing sell orders specifically for ETH with an error message stating, "Sorry, you cannot sell ETH at this time. Please try again later." This situation is urgent, and I fear for the safety of my funds. Your immediate assistance or guidance on the matter is greatly appreciated.

I recently received a notice regarding Bittrex filing for chapter 11. Since becoming a widow two years ago, I discovered my late husband had an account with you. Although I have his email address, his phone number and email are no longer active. I came across a list of about 30 passwords, with Bittrex being one of them. I'm unsure of who to contact or how to proceed with this account. Tomorrow, Thursday, I am departing for France to scatter his ashes, and I won't be back until the end of the month.
