I would like to raise a concern regarding a delivery issue I encountered with an order I made on BikeInn's website. I purchased Women's Five Ten mountain bike shoes on April 10th, with an estimated delivery date of April 26th-30th. The shoes were needed for a course on May 10th, allowing for a margin of delay. It is now May 17th, and the order has yet to arrive despite opting for expedited shipping. This delay is unacceptable given the extra payment made for timely delivery. The prolonged wait has affected my plans, and I am requesting a full refund promptly for order number [redacted]3. I hope to receive a response from the team soon.

Hello, I am currently facing difficulties in communicating with your company through your website. Despite logging in as instructed, I am unable to send a message to initiate a return for an item I purchased. I would appreciate receiving the return instructions and the USA return address for the following order: Order number: [redacted]5 Order date: [redacted]-06-13 Shortly after receiving the item, I attempted to return it due to it being uncomfortable as the seat lacks cushioning. The product was not packaged well and arrived in poor condition with worn-off lettering. The lack of communication channels on your website prompted me to seek assistance elsewhere. I placed an order on 07.12.[redacted] and inquired about the shipping status. The response stated that my order number [redacted]9 has not been shipped due to the unavailability of the Shimano RC5 Blue EU 43. They suggested either removing and refunding the unavailable product or replacing it with an alternative. I declined both options. Later, they informed me that the item will reach their warehouse around 12/12/[redacted]. Today, I received another message apologizing for the delay, stating that the product still hasn't arrived at their main warehouse. They are giving me a few more working days to wait for it. If I want to proceed otherwise, I should log into My Account to delete or replace the item. I'm unsure how to proceed as their only suggestion seems to be canceling the order.

I tried to purchase Thule 43" roof rods from your site due to the low price, but encountered a shipping cost of $[redacted]. My attempts to contact your company were unsuccessful as there is no phone number provided. The response I received was unhelpful, with a casual "Hey, I hope you solved your issue". Frustrated, I ended up ordering the 50" rods, which were more expensive but had reasonable shipping. However, I have yet to receive them. I am seeking assistance from a knowledgeable human representative who can help me obtain the 43" size I originally wanted.

I purchased shoes and socks from your store on June 6th, order number [redacted]0. Instead of the socks, I received a pair of snowboard pants. I followed the return instructions and sent the pants back. Despite contacting customer service, email, and using the automated returns system, I have not received information on when I can expect my correct order. I just seek the delivery of my original purchase. Mistakes happen, and I acknowledge that, but I am concerned with the lack of accountability in resolving this error. I recently made a purchase for 2 TRK [redacted] mm bike seats. I am concerned because I haven't received any confirmation regarding my order status or expected shipping time. Despite clicking the "PAY" button multiple times, I haven't received any acknowledgment of payment or completion of the order. I only intended to purchase 2 seats, not 12. Hello, I wanted to give an update on my situation. My order number is [redacted]7. The postal service here in Norway has made an error with my package delivery. Despite the notification from POSTEN that my package was delivered at the local shopping mall POSTEN office, it was not actually delivered. I was home all day. I then visited the office multiple times, and suddenly they updated the status to claim that I rejected the package. They mentioned it was impossible to prevent it from being returned to the sender (you). Due to an upcoming long cycling trip, I urgently need the tires and cannot afford any further delays. I have all the documentation from POSTEN, but unfortunately, I cannot attach it in this message. I have submitted a complaint form requesting that the tires not be returned.
