I authorized Better Alerts Limited to charge my credit card for a service, but I now need to cancel it as I no longer own the Fitbit watch. I have attempted to cancel for the past month without success. When calling the provided number, I am prompted to leave a message but never receive a call back. Additionally, I am receiving a warning online that their website may be compromised. I have already changed my credit card number and would like guidance on how to proceed with cancelling the service. Thank you, S. Newberg.
