I placed an order for a pair of shoes with 2-day shipping on Monday but did not get a confirmation email for shipping the next day. When I contacted customer service, the representative assured me the item had been shipped and would arrive the following day. Despite my request for a tracking number, I was promised it would be sent to me via email within a couple of hours. However, upon calling back by the end of the business day and speaking to another representative, I learned my item had not been shipped at all. When I asked for a cancellation, I was informed that I could not receive a cancellation code as it needed to be done by the warehouse. Following up the next morning, I was told I had to wait for an email 2 days after the order was placed. It is unacceptable to wait that long for a cancellation or a clear answer on the product. I request an immediate refund of my money.
