Upon the arrival of my greenhouse, I noticed that the box was damaged, with an open end. The connector bags were torn, and unfortunately, 11 "B" connectors were missing. Amazon informed me that they do not have spare parts and offered $14.00 instead. I have been searching online and calling different stores all day but cannot locate these specific spare parts. I wish to avoid returning the greenhouse and simply obtain the 11 missing "B" connectors. Can you assist me with this issue? I recently bought the 3-in-1 powerful, low-noise vacuum, sweeper, mopped self-charging smart floor cleaning robot from Walmart.com and am thrilled with it! Unfortunately, the box with the additional accessories was mistakenly thrown out. Can I purchase the missing items separately? Items needed: - 4 extra side brushes - Mop pad - Instruction manual - Remote - Water tank - Cleaning brush I have enjoyed its cleaning performance and am eager to explore its full potential. I ordered an Air Fryer from Bestchoiceproducts online through Walmart. When I received it, I contacted customer service but had trouble understanding the representative. She sent a return label, but my printer couldn't print it. I ordered a 4.4 qt. 1400w compact Air Fryer (order no. [redacted]-[redacted]) that arrived on July 15th by Fed Ex. Despite a lengthy conversation, I couldn't get transferred to someone with clearer English. The representative told me to keep the product for a refund, but after emailing a complaint, I received no response. I reached out to Walmart, but the experience was disappointing. The language barrier and long hold times were frustrating, and even entering my email was a challenge. I'm seeking assistance, possibly from the BBB or Consumer Protection Agency. I purchased a 4.4qt. Compact Air Fryer from Walmart for $51.35, but instead, I received a smaller 2.7 qt. Air Fryer from a Returns facility in Indiana with Order # [redacted]-[redacted], received on July 15th. Upon noticing the mistake, I called Best Choice Products and after a 2-hour call with a representative who had difficulty communicating in English, a return label was sent. Unfortunately, I couldn't print the label due to technical issues on my end. The representative assured me a refund would be issued back to my original payment method, but I haven't received confirmation of this transaction. Despite a suggestion to keep the incorrect item, I remain skeptical of receiving a refund. If I don't hear back by Monday after reaching out via email to both Best Choice Products and Walmart, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Protection Agency. It's concerning to receive a lesser product than what was paid for. I simply want the refund processed promptly so I can return the Air Fryer and move on from this disappointing experience. Your assistance with clarifying the refund status and facilitating the return process would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased an Air Fryer from Bestchoiceproducts on July 11, [redacted], and received it on July 15, [redacted]. Upon opening the box, I realized it was smaller than expected and immediately tried to initiate a return on their website. After a frustrating 3-hour phone call with a representative, I was unable to process a return or receive a refund due to a language barrier. Eventually, they provided a return label via email, but I was unable to print it despite other documents printing fine on my printer. Subsequent chats on July 18 only led to more confusion and delays. I ordered a 4.4qt Air Fryer but received a 2.7 qt model, paying $51.35. The customer service experience has been disappointing, and I am now seeking a full refund before sending back the item. I feel misled by this company and want reassurance that a refund will be issued. I am dissatisfied with the service and will not recommend Bestchoiceproducts to others.

I own a 12V pink Drifter Raptor Jeep with the SKU SA, but I'm unsure of the last four digits. I'm currently at home with the vehicle, and the issue is that the battery won't hold a charge. I recently purchased a new Z26V 12A battery and installed it. The vehicle now powers on successfully and all components like the radio, lights, and horn are working fine. However, I'm facing a problem with mobility. After checking the wires for continuity and confirming they are all intact without any breaks, I suspect the issue might be related to the motherboard. I'm hesitant to purchase a new motherboard without certainty that it's the root cause of the problem. I want to avoid spending money on unnecessary replacements unless I'm sure that the motherboard is indeed faulty.

My name is Julie B., I have a history of ordering from Walmart but recently faced issues with a set of zero gravity chairs I bought as a gift in July. The first order was damaged in delivery and was supposed to be resent, but I never received it despite talking with Deloncia for a replacement. I am Sue Ann Staake. I purchased a 9-foot artificial Christmas tree with lights under Order #S[redacted]5. The package was supposed to contain four sections (A, B, C, and D) along with the stand. However, upon delivery, I discovered that the tree only came with sections A, C, C, and D. To resolve this issue, I kindly request to receive section B to complete my Christmas tree. If that is not feasible, I would appreciate a replacement 9-foot Christmas tree with return instructions for the faulty one at no cost. Thank you.

I recently bought a compact washing machine for my kids' apartment. After a month and a half of use, it emitted a burning smell during spinning. I contacted Best Choice Products for a replacement. They provided a return label and paid for the shipping back. Despite tracking the return and confirming its receipt, they keep delaying the replacement process with conflicting information. I requested a refund due to their poor customer service and lack of resolution. It's frustrating dealing with a company that seems unorganized and indifferent to customer concerns, especially when they were already aware of the issue.

In January, I bought a Bentley ride-on from Walmart for my granddaughter's birthday. When I tried to assemble it for her May 20 birthday, I found out it was a used item. The door is broken off, the body is cracked, and the front tires are damaged. There are missing parts like the steering wheel button and dash mp3 off button, and the seat back is cracked. Walmart refused to help because it has been more than 30 days since the purchase.

I ordered two umbrellas from Amazon on June 29th. Instead, I received a laundry hamper with a similar order number: AMZN Mkpt usmsok36932 Amzn.com/billWA Order #[redacted]-[redacted]. I returned the hamper at Walgreens Fed X pick up center in New Castle, PA on the same day. Best Choice mentioned they would refund me for one umbrella, but later stated they had both and would send them. However, I have not received the umbrellas, and I am still being charged. I reached out via "Live Chat" on July 16th at 7:30, but got no response. I would appreciate it if the umbrellas are sent or removed from my Amazon account. Thank you, Joseph R. Sarbo

Two of us purchased the Bcp 16.9 Quart Air Oven. We attempted to dehydrate bananas following the recipe in the book, which called for 6 hours at [redacted] degrees. After this time, there was no progress in dehydrating the bananas. Upon inspection, we found that the unit was warm on top but cold on the bottom. We had to transfer the bananas to another dehydrator, and they dehydrated within six hours. My friend mentioned it took her over 20 hours to dehydrate bananas. Subsequently, I tried dehydrating apples as per the book, which indicated 8 hours at [redacted] degrees. However, the apples didn't start dehydrating, so I used a different dehydrator, which only took about six hours. Following the instructions, we filled the trays, set the time and temperature, and hit the dehydrator button, but the results were not satisfactory. The unit cooks food well, but the dehydration process seems off. Thank you for your help. -Richard

I recently purchased the Best Choice Products Artificial Hinged 7.5' Pre-Lit Spruce Christmas Tree from Wal-Mart. The order was placed on Nov 26, [redacted], with Order #[redacted]-[redacted]. Upon receiving the delivery from FedEx on Dec 3, with label REF:[redacted], my husband and I opened the box on Dec 6. Unfortunately, upon inspection, we discovered that the 3 pc base screws were missing, making it difficult to set up the tree properly. Additionally, the light cords were tangled, which made fluffing the branches challenging, contrary to what was indicated in the marketing materials. We would like to return the tree as soon as possible as it does not meet our expectations. According to the Product Warranty Information, Best Choice Products should provide a pre-paid return shipping label and Return Authorization if the issue is due to their error. We are awaiting a prompt response from customer service to resolve this matter. Thank you.

Hello, I'm Donna Foster. I recently purchased the 12V kids ride-on toy jeep with order number [redacted], and it arrived on November 25th. I am pleased with the product, but my grandson has only used it around five times, and we are already experiencing issues with the battery not holding a charge. Despite charging it overnight, the battery depletes quickly when he rides it. Is this behavior normal for this toy, or do we need a replacement battery so soon? I ordered a white ride-on jeep, realizing it didn't have Bluetooth. I then ordered a pricier one for $[redacted], refunding the $[redacted] item to Walmart. Despite being promised delivery on Monday, it never arrived. The tracking check showed delivery but it wasn't received, and I was home. After waiting two more days, I couldn't open the non-delivery file they sent. They advised me to download Adobe Acrobat, but I still couldn't view it. I'm upset as Christmas is approaching, and I've followed all instructions but haven't received the product. Being informed it's lost in transit, I don't understand why they can't send a replacement promptly, especially considering the inconvenience. I hope for a solution with a discounted price as a gesture for the trouble.
