Last night, we dined at Timonium Berrucci's Restaurant. I initially ordered lasagna, but they were out, so I settled for chicken parmagiana. Surprisingly, the waitress later told me they were making a fresh lasagna for me. Once served, the lasagna was not tender, and after mentioning it, the manager questioned me rather harshly. He eventually removed the dish from our bill. Despite being regulars, I felt mistreated. The waitress, recognizing us, explained to the manager, who cited having a rough night. I don't plan to return due to his handling of the situation. Kindness in addressing customer concerns is vital, and unfortunately, this instance left me with a negative impression of the establishment. - Deborah G.

As a regular customer at Bertuccis in Peabody, MA, I have tried all versions of the Tuscan wings. Tonight, we ordered them hoping to get the original version we loved, but we were disappointed. The wings were dry, fried, and lacked the lemon and rosemary flavors we enjoyed. Previously, they came in a plastic container with moist wings, rosemary, lemon, and chopped tomatoes. The current version is not appealing to my family. We urge you to revert to the original recipe. I was dissatisfied with spending money on a large order of inedible wings. I visited the Medford, Massachusetts location on Thursday, June 15, and noticed a discrepancy in my bill. I was initially charged $[redacted].33 on my card, with a tip paid in cash. The next morning, I saw the charge had doubled to $[redacted].66! After speaking with Mike, he assured me they would resolve the issue. When I arrived, I was given $[redacted] in cash, two $25 gift certificates, and told my meal would be complimentary with a full refund. Although the refund initially went through, it was later reversed. I am frustrated as I am still overdrawn by $67 on my prepaid card. I hope to receive my money promptly to rectify this situation.
