I recently bought an iPhone 11 and a Belkin InvisiGlass Ultra Screen Protector directly from Apple. I'm not blaming your company, but I want to share my experience with your partner.
I really liked your screen protector - it had a great feel, fit, and look, and the installation was fantastic. However, my phone was defective, and I had to exchange it with Apple's support. Courtney assured me she would replace the screen protector for my new phone at no charge and even said she had already ordered it while we were on the phone.
It's been 10 days since then, and despite having the replacement iPhone for a week, I haven't received the new screen protector, and Courtney hasn't replied to my emails or calls as promised. It's disappointing that Apple and Courtney didn't follow through on their assurances.
I understand this isn't your fault, but I wanted to let you know how customers are handled when non-Apple items are involved.

Hello, I would like to report an email I received last week, on November 13th, [redacted], regarding an iPhone competition. The email stated I had won and needed to forward £1. Following this, I received a call from NatWest advising me to prevent this transaction due to potential fraudulent activity. Despite this, £39 was withdrawn, and I have not received the promised iPhone or any confirmation. I kindly request the cancellation of the iPhone order and a refund of my money. Thank you. - A.M. I purchased the Belkin Screen Protector for my iPhone XS Max for the third time, with the latest purchase being in August [redacted] at the Apple Store in Rhein Center Cologne. Specifically, I got the Belkin Privacy Screen Protector SC+ for €44.95. Unfortunately, the protector keeps coming off. Apple informed me that I need to reach out to Belkin as they cannot replace it for free since they applied it in August. This situation is inconvenient for me, especially since I work for a TV station where many people use screen protectors for journalism purposes. I have encountered an issue with one of my Belkin BE112230-08 surge protected power bars in my "Mobile Discotheque" setup. Recently, the AC breaker connected to one of them tripped, and since then, the power bar has not been functional. Despite the presence of the word "Reset" embossed near the "on" end of the power switch, pressing the switch yields no results. I am unsure if the power bar is damaged beyond repair or if there is a step I am overlooking. Please refrain from sending any codes via text as I am currently unable to receive them.

I attempted to seek support from Belkin as my range extender stopped working after changing my router. Unfortunately, the chat service just redirected me to call. Upon calling, the menu voice was difficult to understand and I was left on hold listening to music for 51 minutes before giving up. When trying to access Belkin's support page, I encountered an error message. Despite my frustrations, I have left a review on Amazon and will do the same on TrustPilot. I will now be looking into purchasing a different range extender. It's disappointing that Belkin's lack of customer support has led to this situation, and I hope my feedback is taken into consideration for future improvements.

Hello, I placed an order for a screen protector at the beginning of August, and it has not arrived yet. I wanted to confirm if it is still on the way as I urgently need it. After purchasing a Belkin protective film at the Apple store, the salesperson assured me of two exchanges within 2 years and two replacements if the screen got damaged. They provided a card with Belkin's contact information for after-sales service. Regrettably, the website listed on the card is inaccessible, and calling only results in being asked to wait or visit the site.
I completed an exchange form on Belkin's official website but have not received any updates since January 19, [redacted]. Despite approval via email, I am still awaiting the shipment notification. I am frustrated by the lack of communication and the apparent indifference towards my concerns. I am unable to address my dissatisfaction or exercise my rights for a simple film replacement.

I recently bought a Belkin MagSafe charger for my iPhone 12, but unfortunately, it doesn't effectively charge my phone. Belkin kindly sent me a replacement without needing the original back.
However, both chargers still fail to fully charge my phone on the go. They only provide a small boost and must be consistently recharged, making them impractical for my needs. I am now requesting a refund to purchase a more reliable charger for outdoor use.
Neither charger can deliver a full charge, only a short-lived boost. Carrying them around is ineffective, lasting at most half an hour. It's more practical to stick with the traditional charging wire method.
I would appreciate assistance with returning the chargers and receiving a full refund.

I am experiencing difficulties with two of my Belkin BoostCharge Pro Flex Braided USB Type C to Lightning 10ft cables. I acquired them from Amazon in December [redacted]. After reaching out to Amazon, I was directed to contact you for resolution. Out of the four cables I purchased, half of them are no longer functioning properly. Prior to this, I have exclusively used Belkin chargers for my Apple devices without any issues. These cables are still under a year old.

I am considering purchasing a Belkin 7-port hub for my [redacted] MacBook Pro. Here are the ports I require:
- 1 USB-C port for a power cable
- 1 HDMI port
- 1 USB port for a printer
- 1 USB port for an external hard drive
- 1 USB port for an Apple SuperDrive
I have experienced issues with other hubs not supporting my SuperDrive, despite assurances. Can you confirm if the Belkin 7-port hub will support my SuperDrive? Please note, I currently use a Belkin adapter for my Ethernet cable on my MacBook Pro.
