I made a reservation at Alpine Lodge Hostel (Reference Number: [redacted]8) for April 9th to April 19th, [redacted], on March 14th. Unfortunately, I need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. When I spoke to the owner, Mr. Carr, on March 23rd, he mentioned that I should only be charged for the one night I had already paid for with my Visa card since it's two weeks until my reservation. I understand there is a policy of full payment for cancellations less than 30 days in advance, and I am prepared to cover the balance on my Visa card. I tried to cancel through the website but faced difficulties. I replied to the booking confirmation email sent from "no reply" and reached out to [redacted] yesterday at 10:30 A.M. and 1:00 P.M.
