Unfortunately, Beazer has not been able to address the issues found in the home after two inspections, despite promises and signed agreements from the builder to rectify them. The home was supposed to close by December 20th, but it was still under construction that same week and hadn't even undergone the appraisal process. The appraisal couldn't be conducted earlier because the home was deemed incomplete by the appraiser, signaling a potential rushed job. Even before the official walk-through, I noticed issues during a personal inspection. Beazer proceeded with the walk-through on the same day the home was considered finished, even though an immediate appraisal result wasn't feasible. Following the initial walk-through, concerns were raised about the roof, leading me to hire an inspector for a detailed assessment. Despite promises to address issues, subsequent inspections revealed recurring problems with the attic and roof. It's evident that the situation won't be resolved satisfactorily, and I'm seeking a refund of my Earnest Money. The lack of professionalism from Beazer, especially in their communication, has been disappointing. The disrespectful tone in emails and the disregard for customer satisfaction are concerning. My decision to withdraw from the purchase was met with inappropriate responses from Barbara and the sales manager, further solidifying my choice not to proceed with the closing. Regards, Lance U.

I'm experiencing issues with a warranty claim for our carpet replacement. Beazer has arranged movers to assist during the process, but we've been instructed to pack our items ourselves without providing the necessary boxes. This requirement is unexpected, especially considering we reported this warranty issue over a year ago and it's only now being addressed.

Hello,
I am Steven Rode. I am in the process of purchasing the property located at [redacted] Seibel Way, Universal City, TX, [redacted]. I have made an all-cash offer with a deposit to your company. However, I am disappointed with the quality of the product your team promised.
After conducting an independent licensed home inspection, several issues were identified including unstable deck supports, damaged windows, minor ceiling damage, damaged cabinetry, insufficient ventilation in the attic space above the garage, and more. There are also observations of uneven tile work, a non-functioning HVAC system, concrete stains, spiders on the property, plaster and paint flaws, and other substandard quality issues throughout the house.
I want to make it clear that I will not proceed with the property purchase until these issues are addressed and resolved. If your company is unable to deliver the promised product, I request a refund of my deposit so that I can explore other options.
Thank you,
Steven Rode
