Ref. # LTK[redacted]8600X
From Richard C.
Following a heavy snowfall and living on a remote road, maneuvering a 10-wheel truck is impossible. Since the snow will linger until Spring, I request a refund for the undelivered TV from Walmart. The alternative is to arrange delivery to Walmart in North Adams, MA, for my collection. I'm not keen on further delivery attempts. After three failed deliveries, I prefer not to try again in this Winter season. The request fund number is [redacted][redacted], matching the order ID. The TV model is LG75UM6970, a 75-inch HDR 4K UHD Smart IPS LED TV. I await your decision on processing either option promptly. Another delivery attempt is not acceptable. Richard C., 95 Roys Rd, New Ashford, MA [redacted].

I wanted to share an experience I had recently with a purchase from your store. A few weeks back, I bought an LG 65SM8600PUA package from you. The delivery was prompt, which I appreciated. However, when I tried to set up a CenturyLink cable set-top box, I ran into issues with the HD aspect of the TV not working. Even after replacing the TV's HDMI board and trying three different set-top boxes, the problem persisted. It was only after purchasing a new 4K Ultra HDMI cable from Best Buy that I was able to resolve the problem. The technician at Best Buy mentioned that the TV should not have come with a standard cable. A quick online search confirmed that this is a known issue with LG TVs and HDMI cables. I wish I had checked sooner. In the future, it might be helpful to consider not including standard cables with LG TVs to prevent similar problems for other customers.

I was gifted a Nikon P900 for Christmas but would like to exchange it for a more compact model like the Nikon Coolpix B700. I've done my research and believe the B700 would better suit my needs. The order number for the P900 is BX[redacted], placed on 12/12/[redacted], which also included a package deal. I am open to returning either the entire package or just the camera. Before returning, I will delete the 2 pictures on the memory card. I just need guidance on how to handle the return of the battery and memory card. Thank you, William J.

Hello,
I recently placed an order for a Samsung Series 7 (50") TV from Walmart with Order # [redacted] [redacted]. Unfortunately, the Sound bar I received was defective. Walmart sent it back and you were kind enough to send a replacement. However, the TV stopped working properly, only flipping from one screen to another. I had started preparing to return the TV with all its accessories, most still unopened, but then I received the replacement Sound bar, which I have not unpacked yet.
Walmart provided only one shipping label to FedEx for the return. Since the Sound bar and TV came in one box originally and I haven't opened the replacement Sound bar, could FedEx remove the new Sound bar from the box, place it in the returning TV box, and ship everything with just one label? Your customer service has been great, unlike my experience with the Samsung TV and Sound bar.
I need urgent advice before my visit to the Walmart FedEx location on Thursday, 3/18/20, at 10:00 am. Since the replacement Sound bar is untouched, should another label be sent so Walmart can cover the return costs and you can receive the new Sound bar back unused? If this is the best course of action, please send the new label to the email provided below.
Thank you for your help. In the future, I plan to purchase other items from your store. Kind regards, Anita Rhoney.
