I placed an order for the PS4 game "Sakuna of Rice and Ruin" on 11-13-[redacted] but I have not received it yet. The tracking information shows that it is delayed in Kingsford, Michigan. I ordered the game from Walmart. Please either deliver the game to me promptly or cancel my order. I have been trying to reach out to your company for help with this issue, but I have not received any response. I even contacted Walmart and they mentioned they would reach out to you, but I have still not heard anything.
