I bought three Seresto flea collars for cats and one for a dog from Kinslow Veterinary Clinic in Lebanon, TN on April 28, [redacted]. I promptly submitted four copies of my receipt to Seresto Rebate with the help of the vet's office. Since then, I haven't received any updates or the rebate. I think it's been long enough and would appreciate an explanation for the delay. I completed the form and included the same can number for all collars. I reached out to the vet's office, and they mentioned others had also not received their rebates. I would be grateful for your prompt assistance with this matter. The rebate form was filled out with the name and address as follows: Lynda Sue S. [redacted] Sparta Pike Watertown, TN [redacted] You can reach me at [redacted].

I made a purchase for 3 small breed flea and tick collars on 8/16/18 through www.aseresto.com/seresto. Upon receiving the items, I discovered that although the tins were labeled as small, the collars inside were too large for my dogs weighing under 10 lbs. The strong pesticide smell and the insert in Chinese were additional concerns. Reaching out to customer service at [redacted] has been frustrating as they ask for repetitive information like my order number without addressing my request for a refund of $[redacted].44. The language barrier has added to the communication issues, with responses that seem dismissive and unhelpful. I've sent pictures of the collars as requested, but their responses continue to be unhelpful. This situation has left my dogs with fleas, causing distress for them and for me. I'm seeking assistance to resolve this matter promptly. Thank you for your help. Regards, D.L. Cox

I purchased two large dog Seresto collars from Jamestown Veterinary Hospital on 6/12/18. The collars were fitted by the vet, but my dogs have been itching and developed sores with hair loss. A recent vet visit cost me $[redacted].85 on 9/26/18. The hospital advised me to seek a refund from Seresto since they source the collars directly from the manufacturer. This year, the collars are not as effective as they were last year. Despite costing $[redacted].60 for two collars, they have proven to be ineffective, leading to additional treatments for my dogs. Other Seresto users have also reported similar issues. The collars in question have Lot# KPOCZZE and KPOCFP3. I am requesting a full refund of $[redacted].60 due to the collar's ineffectiveness. I plan on discussing this matter with groomers to determine if this is a widespread problem for Seresto users.

Within 55 days of our veterinarian prescribing and administering the Seresto Large Dog flea collar for our 25 to 30-pound Corgi, he was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer and passed away less than a month later. I believe that the rapid decline from a healthy state to passing away was directly due to the collar. No other cancers were found in the X-rays. I am eager to discuss this matter with your representative to examine findings regarding potential poisoning through inhalation, exposure frequency, and dose. While I cannot change what happened to our pet, I hope that by sharing my experience, it may prevent similar incidents. I have prepared a set of questions for our veterinarian, Dr. Brian Rose, and I hope to engage with your company to discuss our situation and suggest improvements in Seresto Large Dog collar use. If there is merit to my concerns, I hope measures can be taken to prevent future issues related to toxicity. You can reach me at [redacted] or via email. Thank you, Michael Albert-Sheinkopf

Good morning, Joseph Evans from St. Louis, Missouri. I used to work at a new facility in Hazelwood through Randstad, a temp agency. I recently had a troubling experience where the police were called on me by BAYER Operation in Hazelwood. The way they handled the situation was unprofessional and disrespectful towards employees. Despite my strong work ethic and dedication, I found myself in a difficult situation due to misunderstandings. I am planning to address this issue and hope for a resolution. It's important to me to maintain a peaceful and productive work environment. I will be reaching out to Mark this morning to discuss the situation further. Thank you for your understanding.

I have been buying Aadvantage II for my cats. Recently, I have noticed several empty tubes, and I am concerned about relying on this product for my cats' flea protection. Have other customers raised similar concerns, and what steps is Bayer taking to ensure quality control? Today, I had to discard another empty tube, and this is becoming costly. Although the product is effective, this issue is worrying me. I value a company that I can trust. Thank you.

In December, I took my cats to the vet and was advised to get flea collars. I purchased two Soresto flea collars with a rebate offer to save $15 each. I sent in the rebate forms on December 12th, but after not hearing for three months, I tried to follow up on the rebate status. Calling the provided rebate number ([redacted]) only resulted in a disconnected message. After contacting Soresto, I was directed to Bayer Cross, the company that owns Soresto. Finally, on May 29th, I spoke with Jose from their special handling department, who requested a letter, receipts, and a copy of the rebate form. Despite multiple interactions with their customer service, I was informed on June 4th by Matthew that the offer was no longer valid. Frustrated with the situation, I plan to reach out again despite the challenges faced when trying to contact them. The lack of response and invalid rebates have left me considering other options for flea collars due to the misleading advertisement. Thank you for your time.

I have purchased Seresto collars for my pets for the past 2 years. In the beginning, they lasted for about 8 months, which was great. However, recently the collars have not been effective at all. Considering the price of $54, I expected them to last longer. My dogs are not exposed to water or rain while wearing the collars, yet they are still failing to work properly. I am very frustrated with this situation and would like someone to reach out to me to address this issue. If I do not hear back, I will consider contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a report and potentially pursue a class action lawsuit. The ineffectiveness of the collars has led to a flea infestation in my home, causing discomfort to my pets and myself. I have tried various other products like Frontline and Advantix, as well as home remedies, but nothing has worked. I am seeking a resolution as the cost of replacing these collars every 3 months is not sustainable for me.

I bought 2 Seresto dog collars from Walmart on April 6, [redacted]. I started using the collars on my dogs on May 5, [redacted]. Since the start of September, I've been dealing with fleas from my dogs. This is my second time using these collars, and although they worked for 7 months instead of 8, I was initially impressed. However, this time around, the recent collars have only kept my dogs and house flea-free for around 5 months. I've decided to switch back to flea pills, which disappoints me. I've noticed others who purchased around the same time as me are facing similar issues. I feel like I wasted money on Seresto this time. I'm not expecting a full refund but would appreciate some remedy. I am on a tight budget due to my disability, and my pets' well-being is crucial to me. I hope this matter can be resolved as my animals and I are unhappy dealing with fleas. Thank you for your attention. Vickie Whittle

I've previously bought Seresto collars for my pets without any issues. However, this year, I've noticed a significant decline in their effectiveness. I purchased a large dog collar for my pet in July from PetCo in Barboursville, WV, USA, as a replacement. Unfortunately, it provided no flea protection at all. Despite returning it to PetCo and receiving a replacement that worked for a short while, the issue recurred. Additionally, the large cat collar I bought for my feline companion also failed to prevent fleas, leading me to switch to a different treatment method. I'm curious if there have been changes in the formula or manufacturing process of the collars as they used to be highly effective.

On November 6th, I bought three Seresto collars for my three cats and my dog, spending over $[redacted]. I encountered my first issue with the $15 rebate I submitted, as I was denied because I didn't purchase the collars from my local vet, Happy Tails in Princeton, WV. Unfortunately, they don't sell Seresto. Now, I'm facing a second problem as one of my cats has lost hair on his neck and developed red blisters, prompting me to remove the collar. For the amount spent, I believe these issues shouldn't have arisen. I have receipts and photos of the affected area on my cat. I'm requesting the two $15 rebates submitted via AHrebates initially, and potentially reimbursement for one of the four collars purchased. - Leann T. [redacted] [redacted]

I bought two flea collars series for my dogs recently. I've had them for about a month now, but I'm still seeing fleas and my dogs are still itching. I purchased the same collars last summer, and they worked really well then, so I'm disappointed they're not effective this time, considering how expensive they are. I'm not sure if they're defective, but when you pay for a product, you expect it to work, especially given the high cost. I'm not very happy about this situation, to say the least.

In August, I put new Seresto collars on my two labs and two cats. However, at the beginning of October, all my pets ended up with fleas. On October 22, I gave my dog a flea bath after spending $[redacted] on two new collars. Despite trying everything from baths to treating my yard, the pets are still infested with fleas. I am a pet groomer at Petsmart and have always recommended Seresto collars to my clients. It's disheartening to see the collars not working as expected. This sudden flea issue has made me hesitant to continue suggesting this product to others.

I bought 12 Seresto flea collars for my cats online. Unfortunately, my package arrived open and only had 9 collars in it. I then ordered 2 more collars to make up for the missing ones. After putting the collars on my cats three weeks ago, they still have live fleas on them. I was optimistic about these collars being a lasting solution to keep my cats flea-free, but they have not been effective. This has been a significant expense for me, and I am disappointed in the product. I did not foresee any issues with my purchase, as there was no company name on the package. I'm unsure if the collars are old or have lost their potency, but they are not working. I would like replacement collars if they are fresh and could potentially solve the flea problem.

Unfortunately, I applied the CERESTO collar to my little terrier back in September [redacted]. About a month and a half ago, she started having seizure activity for no apparent reason. After researching online, I found other people who have also experienced similar issues. She was put on phenobarbital but suffered a grand mal seizure this past Saturday, leaving her paralyzed and unable to walk. I strongly believe the collar is to blame for her deterioration. I plan to raise awareness about the dangers of this collar. I am taking her to the vet this afternoon to help her cross over peacefully as she has lost her quality of life. She used to be a vibrant and loving pet, but now she doesn't even recognize me. My heart is shattered.

Dear Customer Service, I wanted to inform you that I bought a Seresto cat collar from Petco for one of my cats recently. After using it for about two weeks, I noticed a raw spot on my cat's neck where the collar was placed. I had to take it off, suspecting it might be an allergic reaction. I am hoping to receive a refund or some form of reimbursement for the collar as it was new. I can provide proof of purchase and images of my cat's neck if necessary. Thank you for your attention, L. S.

Hello, my name is JulieAnne. I am a disabled senior citizen living on a small fixed income. I have been buying the Sorento flea and tick collar for my Portuguese Pondango hound, "Alien" for the past 6 years. The first two collars worked well, but the third one failed right away. I contacted customer support, but the agent misunderstood me and wrongly claimed I bathe my dog too often. Despite this, I bought a fourth collar, which worked fine. However, the fifth collar, worn for almost 2 months now, has not prevented infestations. I can't continue to spend $65 on a collar that doesn't work, especially when my dog suffers. I am seeking a refund and do not wish to buy another collar or receive replacement products. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated. Thank you. Respectfully, JulieAnne Barrios.

I purchased a Seresto flea and tick collar for my small dog at Tractor Supply on July 24 for $53.99. Unfortunately, the collar does not seem to be effective as my dog is still scratching and covered in fleas. While this is the product I usually use for her, it has not worked this time. I am disappointed that despite paying a considerable amount, it has not provided the expected results. My other pets' collars are working fine, but this one is not living up to expectations for my dog.

I recently bought a Seresto flea collar for my dog, but it broke off within days. When I took it out of the package, it seemed brittle, but I hoped it would be okay. Unfortunately, within two days of putting it on my dog, it fell off before it could even work on the fleas. I had to search for it in the yard. In the past, we've always had success with these collars lasting the full eight months despite dogs' playfulness. It's confusing why this one failed unless it was faulty. We bought two more Seresto collars that same day for our other pets, and those are fine. We can't afford to buy another collar right now since we already purchased three. It would be greatly appreciated if I could get a replacement small dog collar without having to spend more money.

I have been in contact with Consumer Engagement Professionals at Bayer Consumer Health regarding Milk of Magnesia. I shared images of particles in the bottles, totaling four instances. After multiple exchanges, I responded to all their questions, despite email delivery issues. Eventually, I confirmed that all my emails were received. Recently, they reached out again to ask for the last lot code on one of the bottles. The visible lot codes are: NAA9TD1, NAAA0BT, NAAA4X0. I have provided them with the missing lot code, which is NAAAB4D. If further assistance is needed, please feel free to reach out. Sincerely, Rory, Consumer Engagement Professional at Bayer Consumer Health.
