Bauknecht Customer Service Issues

Eight years ago, when we moved into our home, we were delighted to find a Bauknecht oven waiting for us. Unfortunately, over time, the details around the dials have worn off, and one of the spokes on the iron grid has come loose. As we plan to make our oven the centerpiece of our new kitchen, we would like to restore the missing information on the dials and replace the grid on top of the cooker. However, there is no visible identification code on the oven, only the name Bauknecht. It is a range with 6 gas cooker rings, a larger electric fan oven to the left, and a smaller oven and grill to the right. Despite reaching out to repair companies without success, we are hopeful that someone can assist us in locating the replacement parts or identifying the model of our oven.
