I was shopping for shirts but had not made a final decision yet when an order was accidentally placed with the code TKJQQV4 on June 30, [redacted], for 3 shirts in size 2. Despite my quick attempt to cancel it, the customer service team informed me that it had already been processed and suggested I arrange a return later. Following this, I then placed a new order with the code TKJX6QL on July 1, [redacted], for 2 shirts in size 4 along with 2 other items. I have since received the TKJQQV4 order (3 items) in two separate shipments. The first shipment included 2 items without a bill, while the second shipment contained a bill for a Petite Riley Tailored-Fit Super-Stretch Shirt. I would like to return all 3 shirts from the initial order. Could you please provide me with a free shipping return label? Thank you, Hieu.

I recently visited the Banana Republic store at the Houston Galleria to shop for some traveler pants for an upcoming trip. I appreciate the fit and durability of these pants. While browsing, I declined assistance from the staff who approached me multiple times. However, I overheard the manager telling an employee to ask me for help to maintain the store's neatness. Although I understand the importance of store presentation, I found the manager's comment slightly inappropriate. As a customer, I believe constructive feedback should be handled professionally. I have addressed this issue with the manager directly and wanted to share my experience with you. I received my order today, but the suite number is incorrect. Please update it to Suite [redacted] for my shipping address. Several errors were made when taking my order, resulting in me repeating myself multiple times. Additionally, I noticed that the price of my items has been reduced. I would appreciate being charged the lower price for order # THKWL9H. Thank you for your attention to these matters.

Hello,
I recently bought a jacket at your Surrey (Morgan Creek) retail store. It took me 45 minutes to get there. The following morning, I needed to wear the jacket for a significant event, but I realized the anti-theft device was still attached. This mistake forced me to spend another 1 1/2 to 2 hours making a round trip to the store to have it removed. Upon discussing this with the manager, M.J., I did not receive any compensation. I value my time and believe that I should be compensated for the inconvenience that was clearly the store's fault.

Yesterday, I visited the Banana Outlet in Calexico, which is unfortunately closing. I had a note with money in my favor, but the employee was incredibly rude. He insisted I needed the gift card, which I had lost, to process the return. Despite mentioning this, he was unhelpful. Customer service representatives should always be kind and courteous. I've attached the barcode of my note and would appreciate a gift card number to redeem the money. Thank you, a frustrated customer. 😡

Hello, I recently bought a $[redacted] Banana Republic Gift Card for my son's birthday. The process was smooth as I provided his email and phone number, along with my credit card details. However, upon receiving the confirmation, I realized it was from a company named Cash Star and the gift card couldn't be downloaded. I tried to reach out to Cash Star but found out they don't take phone calls or emails. I contacted my credit card company, Citi Bank, who unfortunately couldn't assist me. As a senior widow battling cancer, this purchase for my son's special birthday was a significant expense for me. I'm deeply troubled by this situation.

While shopping this week, I had an uncomfortable experience with a store employee. When I was entering my information, he leaned over to get a better look and subtly asked about my income for the year. I wish I had said something at the time. It would be helpful if the store could ensure more privacy for customers while entering sensitive details like social security numbers. Upon returning home, I promptly signed up for identity protection services. I hope that the employee doesn't misuse my information immediately, but I can never be too cautious. It's possible he is just behaving naturally, but it would be better if employees were instructed to give customers space when they are inputting personal information.
