I purchased a pair of boots for my husband from your store. Although the size I ordered is his usual size, the boots we received do not fit him properly. I specifically ordered a 4E width, but this pair is noticeably narrower than the previous ones we purchased from you. There is a significant one-inch difference in sole width when comparing the two pairs. The order number is [redacted]7, placed on 5/8/[redacted], and shipped on 6/19/[redacted]. My husband's wide feet make it difficult to find suitable boots off the shelf, which is why we trusted ordering from you again. I would like to return these boots without incurring return charges, considering the sizing discrepancy. Thank you.
