Baltimore Ravens Customer Service Issues

Hello, everyone! I'm Shaun, the brother of Ray Snell, who hails from Baltimore. Ray, once an NFL offensive lineman, had to retire due to an eye injury after playing for Tampa Bay, Pittsburgh, and Detroit. Despite this, he continued to give back by coaching young players in Florida. Ray is a big Ravens fan, especially admiring Marshall Yanda. Currently battling bladder cancer, I want to surprise him with a special gift. I'm reaching out in hopes that Coach Harbaugh or Marshall Yanda could spare a moment to chat with Ray during his Christmas visit in Baltimore. This would mean the world to him. Thank you! Good morning, I'm reaching out on behalf of my son, Xzavier, who is an avid fan of your team. He recently experienced a tragic car accident resulting in the loss of his left arm. This has left him feeling sad, depressed, and unemployed. I believe meeting some of the players would bring him great joy and inspiration during this dark time. Additionally, I am aware of your organization's past involvement in charitable causes. Xzavier faces at least 2 more surgeries and will require a prosthesis in the future.
