Hello, my name is Pamela D. Simmons. I have a BB&T account and need assistance. I have been trying to reach the 1-[redacted] number, but after entering my social security number, I cannot input my pin number. Normally, I don’t have to press 8 to access my account, but now it seems necessary. When I do press 8 and enter my information, it prompts me to choose between option 1 or 2, showing a balance of $[redacted].47. I am unsure why this amount is there and would appreciate clarification on how I can view my balance in the usual way. Thank you for your help. Pamela D. Simmons
