Avery Dennison Corp. Customer Service Issues

I am disappointed with how my car wrap turned out. I had chosen an iridescent spectrum gray metallic color, but the pattern ended up one-dimensional due to the iridescent effect. The wrapping started from the sides and finished on top, causing the pattern to be incorrect as it required a slightly wider tube. I had the installation done at a custom office, so I didn't handle it myself. I am uncertain if I can order a custom color or pattern on a larger sheet or if I would need to buy a whole new wrap and redo it. I am hoping to find a solution that doesn't break the bank. Any advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated as I am willing to pay more to have it fixed.
