I recently had hand surgery and have long, fine hair, which has been challenging to manage. I reached out to an Aveda salon for help. The stylist initially combed my hair dry, then washed and conditioned it. Despite my hair tangling easily when wet, she struggled to comb it out, causing discomfort. Eventually, she dried it partly and then continued combing. She mentioned my hair seemed very damaged and advised against coloring it in the future. Her warning about not helping untangle it again left me feeling hurt and embarrassed. While I have had positive experiences at other Aveda salons, this encounter was disappointing.

I have been a loyal Aveeda customer for over 20 years. I receive their monthly emails on the website [redacted] For weeks, I have been attempting to place an order with Aveeda. However, today I was informed by a representative that they do not have my email address on file, even though I received an email from them on 3/3/21. I am disappointed with the lack of knowledge and unhelpfulness displayed by their staff. Despite this, I enjoy their products, and unfortunately, I do not reside close to an Aveeda store. Can anyone assist me with this issue?
