Avanti Glass and Aluminium Customer Service Issues

I recently bought a 24" gas stove with a rotisserie feature and illuminated dials. The stainless steel material scratches easily, making it delicate to handle. Apart from this issue, one of the burners only works intermittently, sometimes requiring a match to ignite it. Even more concerning, the oven door no longer closes tightly. Despite this product being considered high-end, it's disappointing to experience such problems in less than five years. I am struggling to clean the knobs, and the staff at PC Richards couldn't assist me. I expected better quality from this model and would like to understand why these issues are occurring.
